This beautiful place has two floors , the ground floor has a counter for chaat and the first floor is a family dine in area with comfy seating and a beautiful view of the road. I’ve been to this place with a few foodie friends of mine for lunch. The staff here are friendly and courteous.

Mocktails: Cookie monster Movie mania Orange chilli twist Mild madras These are few must try mocktails at this place which are refreshing and had good flavour.
Pani puri slider: This is basically pani puri which is served on sliders with poori placed above the mini flavoured pani filled glasses.

Birbal ki khichdi: The khichidi was served in a pressure cooker. The khichidi was simple , creamy and a tasty one.It was served with pickle and the combination was great.
Monk meat biryani: The biryani had zesty flavour which tasted delicious. This was served with curd and is a must try at this restaurant.
Deserts: ~Baileys Kulfi with chocolate Gulab Jamun ~Pygmy rasmalai with curried pineapple carpaccio The best part of any meal are the deserts and the ones at this place are one of the best ones you must try. Starting from the presentation to the taste they were at their best.

They serve wide range of Indian chaats to Indian meals & curries. What so special about this place is their fusion food, which combines the elements of different culinary traditions & gives an innovative twist to the usual dishes. It is a great example of creativity and innovation at it's best. Also I really love the way of food presentation, which are appealing and vibrant.

Palak Chaat with appetizing clove smoke set the grand opening scene for the chaat starters. Their NCR platter is the easiest way to enjoy the best of delicacies from our national capital region, without actually having to travel far! I loved their novel way of serving Pani Puri in a sliding cart. The Khatta Meetha taste was perfect. Ever tasted Bhel Puri rolled in a Pita pocket? That was novel as well. Finally, the tangy twist to the Rajbhog was interesting and delicious.
In the regular starters, the Malai broccoli was simply the showstopper! We almost wanted to order another plate but stopped ourselves as we had a lot more to taste. Of late, the Peri-Peri flavor is in vogue. Their Peri-Peri flavored paneer cheese fingers were crusty and yummilicious. Last but not the least, the fusion of marwadi masala with Indian Okra and Japanese Tempura was definitely interesting to taste.
After all the starters, we kept our main course order simple to make room for desserts. The vegetable noodles and fried rice served with the flavorful Kung Pao tofu was simple yet fulfilling.
The dessert scene was opened with the chocolate stuffed Gulab Jamun in the coffee-flavored Kulfi. A perfect yummilicious marriage I would say!! Next, the baby Rasmalai was delightful. Finally the green apple Jalebi Ghewar. I've tasted Ghewar before but not with the combination of tangy Jalebi. It was surprisingly very tasty.
Overall, Masala Republic is a very good place to enjoy the best of vegetarian food served in an interesting way. Their wonderful plating definitely adds to the overall...
