Went in there for dinner for my spouse's low profile birthday celebrations. Wifey decided to go for her usual pizza which is Veg Extravaganza (Medium-size, Cheese Burst variant) and I decided to go for Moroccan Spice Pasta Pizza Nov-Veg (Medium-sized, Fresh Pan variant) which I have not tried before. Her pizza was good as usual but my choice turned out to a damp squib. My pizza description was listed in the menu as spicy and with lot of peri peri sauce but I could not find or taste anything spicy. It was bland and moreover, there were hardly any chicken pieces. It was not fulfilling at all and I had grab a Shawarma later from a street side kiosk on my way back home. Service wise it was fine. Noticed that the premises was clean and tidy even though they had limited staff. They cleaned and sanitized the tables at regular intervals. One thing I noticed for sure, the actual taste of pizzas can be enjoyed only at genuine Italian restaurants where they are cooked or rather baked in wood-fired ovens. Nothing can beat that smoky, cheesy wood-fired pizzas. I would recommend this place only if you wanna grab a quick bite, but certainly not a good place for pizza connoisseurs. This honest suggestion is coming from someone who worked for Domino's for close to an year in Australia...
Read moreDomino’s used to be our go-to spot for pizza, especially for their signature Cheese Burst crust. However, over the past few years, I’ve noticed a significant decline in both food quality and service standards.
During my recent visit to the AS Rao Nagar outlet on 23rd April 2025, I experienced several issues. Upon arrival, no one was attending the counter. When I inquired, I was informed that due to a high volume of orders, I would need to place my order online. The outlet appeared to be severely understaffed, with only 3–4 employees managing the entire store.
Additionally, the water cooler has been removed, which is quite inconvenient during peak summer. Providing cold drinking water is a basic courtesy. There were also no garbage bins available, and leftover food was left on the tables, creating an unhygienic environment. While the air conditioning was functional, the staff seemed disengaged and indifferent to the overall customer experience.
They are such misers when you ask for tomato sauce or seasoning
As for the food, the pizza was underwhelming—nowhere near the standard that Domino’s was once known for. In fact, I believe I could get a better-tasting pizza made at home.
Given this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering visiting Domino’s...
Read moreI went to this place with my family last week. We have ordered 2 non veg pizzas one with cheese burst. After 20 minutes of waiting they served us 2 veg pizzas. We have showed the bill and informed them that we have ordered for non veg pizzas. He promptly took them back. After long waiting 40 more minutes non veg pizzas were on the table. This time both of them are with regular base no cheese burst. Now we became wise and no patience to wait for one more hour. So we ate and stepped out. The fellow who is talking orders needs lots of training. There are few more highlights in this store. Cleanliness is major concern. There are so many used tissues and food particles lying underneath the table next to us. The sofa was so filthy someone smeared their dirty hands on it instead of using tissues. I have asked the staff to clean. They just rubbed the sofa and left. With that I have told my family no going to the washroom. I could guess what would be the state of washroom. Stairs to this store is bit tricky for elderly. No proper parking place. In my opinion this is one Domino's outlet which certainly...
