Domino's Pizza | Nexus Mall, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I have ordered veg loaded and non veg loaded pizzas and I haven't known that pizza mania pizzas are with liquid cheese instead of mozzarella cheese. The employees didn't even inform me this and I was expecting real cheese when I asked the employees there why they used liquid cheese, they were saying pizza mania pizzas are made with liquid cheese and they expected I already knew this because I was ordering confidently. How can I even know that? It is not mentioned in menu or anywhere else that they will use around 95% LIQUID CHEESE. This is very bad Dominos you should mention it in menu page. I have taken a pick up order last night. The pizza is not cooked well and I have selected Fresh pan pizza crust for my pizza but it is very hard I am totally disappointed with that. In the order I have given Taco's but after reaching the outlet they are saying Taco's are not available at this outlet and they convinced me for another pizza as they are saying that refund process is time tacking in Domino's. One more thing is this outlet is not allowing customers for using PAYTM, this is the second time I faced the issue. Domino's management please take some corrective action at this outlet. Please avoid this branch of dominos if you are looking to have pizzas in nexus mall.. There are 3 cash counters yet only 1 lady is operating in 1 counter that too on a weekend, we waited for 15 min for her to take the order.. later they tell pizza mania is not available.. moreover the attitude looks of the lady omg heights of attitude.. then we ordered the pizzas available with them.. she takes another 10 min for payment and then ultimately reveals order will take 30 min..
