First thing’s yesterday they said it will take more than 30 mins for the order the store is nit rush but they said they had online orders to do.So i went to pizza hut as they are not taking any order And i went again today i ordered food for 466/- i gave 500 cash they rudely said dont have change for this and we cannot do anything. I told her the lady who is in the front for taking orders she was like we cannot do anything i told her that i dont have online amount, she said ask or bring change. Are you serious? how come a customer know that the store doesn’t have cash or change. I have paid cash and online. The customer service is i would rate zero or negative if i had the option. They dont know how to handle a customer. Poor customer service. This is not the first time, for all this times i did not give any review but this will definitely be my last in dominos.I know only one review like this wont effect your business and you wont loose your customers. But you can also see the other reviews regarding the staff behavior Every time i come here see one or the other customer will be complaining in the front desk for food or behavior or cleaning the table you can check your cameras as well if any higher authority is reviewing these comments. And then here comes my order after waiting for more than 25 mins. In phone you will get a message that your order is ready but your order will take more time. Okay can understand about time. But i see that the wings are not hot they are not freshly made i asked the lady that tell me if the wings are mot made now she said they made it now she told If you want i can re heat them again, the chicken parcel is hot and good. Chicken burger was also hot. The wings are not fresh i bet you because i know i ordered many times in other dominos i know if they are made fresh and hot how the wings would be. If the manager of the store or any higher authority is seeing this please take this into consideration. I recently had a rather disappointing experience with Domino's that I'd like to share. It all started when I decided to order some food after a long day. I pulled up the Domino's menu and spent some time carefully browsing through the various options available. Craving a delicious pizza, I made my selection and called the store to place my order.
I clearly stated to the person taking my order that I wanted a pizza. I even mentioned the specific toppings and crust type I preferred. The conversation seemed straightforward, and I was looking forward to enjoying my meal. However, things took a turn for the worse when my order finally arrived.
To my surprise and frustration, instead of the pizza I had ordered, I found a box of garlic bread. Confused, I immediately called the store to rectify the mistake. I explained to the person on the phone that I had ordered a pizza, not garlic bread. To my astonishment, the person on the other end insisted that I had not checked the menu properly and claimed that I had indeed ordered garlic bread.
I reiterated my original order, emphasizing that I had asked for a pizza and not garlic bread. However, the person was adamant and refused to acknowledge the mistake. This left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the service.
I had been looking forward to a relaxing evening with a delicious pizza, only to be let down by a mix-up that could have easily been avoided. This experience has certainly made me reconsider ordering from Domino's in the future. Proper communication and customer service are crucial, and I hope that Domino's takes this feedback seriously to ensure better experiences for their customers...
