"A decent 'global' buffet spread that doesn't live up to its hype and is also a bit overpriced. Service is fine and the ambience is great, they have a huge dining area."
Food: They claim to offer India's largest 'global' buffet on their website but to me the spread felt almost the same as in Flechazo and Flechazo's buffet is also a bit more economical. Although they boast of 30+ starters on their website, it was only 20+ to the best of my knowledge. Even though it was mentioned on one of their older menus, there were no Thai flavours (like Kaffir Lime or Lemongrass) or Japanese flavours (like Miso or Teriyaki) to try! They did not have a printed menu of the day on the table either. It could be due to the festival days (Bhogi), perhaps.
Welcome drinks were not upto the mark. Only one drink (yellow) was fine but even that seemed a bit too sweet after a while. They could have given a regular Virgin Mojito.
Starters: Some starters were good but mutton and prawn starters weren't delicious. Mutton starter was extremely disappointing. Prawns had become a bit dry/overcooked, didn't retain the moisture. Maybe because they were the smaller kind instead of the larger one. On the other hand, Tawa Fish, Chicken 65/Chicken Tikka were delicious. Vegetarian appetizers were not impressive. Crispy Corn, Potato Shots, and French Fries were quite delicious. Hara Bhara Kebab and many other vegetarian appetizers weren't that great.
As for the main course, it was mostly disappointing or a bit too ordinary. No Crab Curry was present despite the price point of the buffet. Dishes like Kimchi and Sushi were disappointing. Kimchi in particular was totally inauthentic.
Desserts were good. I liked Crème Brûlée even though it wasn't creme brulee (was neither like custard nor did it have the burnt sugar). Cobbler was satisfying as well even if it did not seem authentic. Paramannam and Sweet Pongal were good and had a good kick of edible camphor.
They had many other things like salads, live counters, etc. Most of them are skippable.
Service: Good, polite and friendly staff.
Ambience: Very good and elegant. Gigantic dining area. Music is not too loud but quite noticeable.
Pricing: Overpriced in my opinion. Priced higher than most other chains such as Flechazo, AB's, etc.
Overall, a slightly disappointing fare. Not worth the price in my opinion. Doesn't live up to its hype. Do not blindly go by their website or their reviews. It could have been due to Bhogi perhaps, I am not sure. With all that being said, it is not outright terrible, one could...

Here are a few things to keep in mind before you go: The restaurant can get quite busy, especially on weekends and evenings. It's a good idea to make a reservation in advance, especially if you're going with a large group. The price of the buffet is on the higher side, but it's definitely worth it for the quality and variety of food. The restaurant is located in Gachibowli, which is a bit out of the way if you're coming from the city center. However, it's easily accessible by taxi or Uber.
