Our culinary journey at Fire Water was a delightful exploration of flavors, complemented by an inviting ambience that set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
Starting with the culinary offerings, our meal featured a mix of hits and misses. The kadai paneer, while decent, left us wanting more in terms of flavor and complexity. It lacked the boldness and depth that we had hoped for, resulting in an average dining experience.
On the other hand, the taba roti stole the show with its soft, pillowy texture that perfectly complemented the accompanying dishes. Each bite was a revelation, showcasing the chef's mastery in creating comfort food that delights the senses and satisfies the soul.
The virgin mojito was another standout, offering a refreshing burst of flavors that tantalized the taste buds and left us craving for more. Whether you're in the mood for a classic cocktail or a non-alcoholic option, the virgin mojito at Fire Water is sure to hit the spot.
Beyond the culinary delights, the ambience at Fire Water added another layer of enjoyment to our dining experience. The warm, inviting atmosphere, combined with attentive service, created the perfect setting for a relaxed evening of dining and conversation. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply unwinding after a long day, Fire Water offers a welcoming escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
In conclusion, Fire Water delivers a memorable dining experience that seamlessly blends flavorful cuisine with a vibrant atmosphere. While some dishes may fall short of expectations, the soft rotis, refreshing mojitos, and inviting ambience make it a destination worth visiting for those seeking a culinary adventure with a side...

Please see attached bill total bill 11,500 and tax is 2070.
Edited after discussion with manager Mr Ali:
Here is my points:
Swach Bharat tax 0.5 + Service Charge 6.5% = 7% of total value of food and alcohol
Service Tax = 6% of total value of food and alcohol
VAT = 14.5 % of total value of food and alcohol
I don't have any concerns for point 2 & 3, my concern is about point number 1.
Is it fair to charge service charge as 6.5% of total bill which includes 50% overpriced alcohol and 50% food.
I am already pissed of with tax system of my country but you made me mad.
If I am earning 1000 INR and paying 300 to government as income tax then I come to spend those 700 to your restaurant here is the picture of my bill:
Food and alcohol : 549 VAT 14.5. : 79.60 Service Tax. : 32.95 Service charge. : 38.45
Total. : 700
For calculation you can refer attached photo of my rough calculation.
So I am getting food and alcohol of worth 549 INR.
I believe service charge should not be as high as 6.5%, I haven't seen this much charge anywhere.
Recent discussions and debates are going on in news for service charge, now I understood why!
Suggestions: please make service charge less, It should not be more than 5% of total bill or ignore me and enjoy the luxory of chalta...
