More Standardization Towards Improved Consistency. Paradise Stand for this year ! | A name that needs no introduction on home land and overseas ! Over decades this name has developed an emotional connect with food and the chit chat had over chai biscuit in the mornings . Its been 6months and I am sure many missed having biryani here. Though the place have already started operations , with the benefit of doubt towards dine in hygiene, many still restrict themselves to not visit. I respect that and I am not influencing you to go out breaking your will. However I am sharing my experience towards minimal or zero contact dine in at Paradise just to assure you that hygine is strictly taken care. I'll leave it to your choice . | From reaching the place till getting your order on the table you dont touch anything at the restaurant and you pay the bill using upi, card tap, scan code. If that is what Zero Contact dining refers to ? Then Yes I see it all ticked. | • Tables are throughly sanitized after every customer checkout. • You can feel the warmth of the clean plates and spoons which to me means they are steamed. • Proper usage of Masks, gloves & head caps. | Obeservation continues & Juicy smokey kebabs makes its way on to the table and i have already turned happy tears.. Inside !
Marination on point is an old saying 😜 LoL
The juicy glaze developed by the kebabs while getting cooked with the external oils and internal fats is quite evident. Marination is the key for any kebab and when you feel it on your palate in every bite then its rightly done . Also its a sign of fresh meat used. Tikka Kebab, Malai Kebab, Lal Mirchi Kebab rocked the show and justifies the name. Now comes something that actually made me cry.. ( see my joy in the video) Paradise Famous Mutton Biryani with double masala 🥰. Grainy yet moist, flavours in each grain, properly cooked and DUMed(not dumped 😜) meat chunks( pressed between the finger easily pulls apart as strings). One of those perfect biryani experiences i have had. | Biryani as a dish looks simple but for me it is a complex recipe of semi cooking, assembling and finally completing it with slow flame cooking which makes the rice and meat breathe in the aromas, requires skill, experience to understand the reaction of ingredients and even a small deviation in any step leads to a undesirable output.
(If you got another 5min 😉please continue to read..!)
While relishing my food , have had an opportunity to put across the most questioned question to the Paradise Culinary Head Chef Amey. "Why does the biryani tastes different from Heritage branch to other branches, different from dine in to that of take away and at times different in different floors of same branch?" Smiles across the table and had a good hour of discussion around the facts which was insightful. Few points as an FYI to you and how as a team Pradise is trying to tackle them. • Every dish on the menu of Paradise across branches is made at central kitchen except kebabs that are marinated and carefully transferred to respective location kitchens for further cooking. • All meat, spices are packed respective to every handi separately as per the signature recipe. • Loads of Biryani handi's are made in a day and that incurs huge man efforts, monitoring to achieve consistency . • After packing, there is still heat and no breathing space which gives room for further cooking and ingredients react which differs the taste of biryani in a takeaway • We also need to understand Like country palate, regional palate, community palate there is also area level palate that comes with dominant families living around. While few areas have a dominant north Indian crowd, few have andhraites, few have a specific community and so on. One of the prime reason we hear different opinions.
So what is Paradise doing ?
• Included new machinery to achieve consistent cooking in every grain , giving no room for human errors/delays. • Working on packaging solution to give room for breathing . Recyclable eco friendly offcourse with reduced carbon...

I have multiple complains The floor manager doesn’t deserve to be there as he is not able to manage his work
2.They took more than 40 minutes to serve food . We were hungry and there was not any one to take order. Then I went to counter and asked to take order them also non of them bother to take order .agin I ased one of the service guy to check on my member if any free biryanis available since I'm a loyal to paradise. He did not even turned up. Then agin I asked to floor manager to check on status he came and told we have 2 biryani free but out of that they can give only one and it will take 10 min to serve .After 20 minutes or so, waiter got the food but did not served ,kept on the table and left. I'm Surprised that how they can't give 2 biryanis why I need to take one more biryani on chargeable basis when I'm avail to take 2 biryanis.
