It is surprising how quickly BUSINESSES change when they get NAME and FAME. I always liked visiting Cream Stone Hitech City but of late the staff has started behaving in a very arrogant way. It seems they are getting more than enough business.

Today I asked this Sunil guy who wears a white tilak on his forehead for a particular flavour, his answer was very curt and and kept ignoring me. I kind of raised my voice and asked him for another flavours and he gave me the sample as if he was doing me a big favour or as if he was giving the Ice cream for free.

I asked another girl for the manager, even she was rude and she said that the manager was out. I then met the manager Rahul he was quick to say sorry, but i wanted sunil to apologize, But lo and behold... Sunil just did not want to apologize, upon Rahul's insistence she murmured a faint sorry...

I have also read all the reviews of cream stone and it is clear that these days the services are getting from bad to worse.

I think the staff is poorly trained in customer service and may be they have a monopoly over that area and hence they are getting arrogant as well.

If the owner of this place is reading this review the first thing that he should do is FIRE suni's ass and provide training to the staff.

I will wait for a reply from the owner, after that i will go back to the store and see if there is any improvement. I will also keep writing HONEST reviews every time I visit the store.
