X Lounge Pub — Restaurant in Hyderabad

We had booking today with this pub and there is a happy hours menu running from 12-7. While booking we have been informed the same timings and once we reached the waiter informed that the food menu is till 7pm and liquor menu is till 6:30pm. Everything was fine till then. Once we started ordering food and drink the waiter came to us and said that we have offer running now and if u want to take a full bottle we will give it to u for lower price compared to regular menu which is 30% more on the MRP. We said that within some time will let u know about the full bottle as of let me enjoy some beer. Till then it was good. We have started drinking from 4:40pm and around 5:40 or 5:50pm we have ordered the full bottle and then the staff is saying that today we have changed the happy hours time which is till 6pm and there is no possibility of ordering full bottle and the staff is saying it will be business loss. First of all they have to inform the customers that the timings has been changed or else whenever we ordering atleast they informed us that the full bottle offer is for limited time nothing is informed to us and suddenly they are saying that the timings got changed how this can be possible and we have planned stay in pub till 10 or 11pm but we have stopped enjoying suddenly and we have moved to another club which is very uncomfortable and unfortunate and there is no manager or some higher authority to speak about this be careful l if u are about to avail this offer. Absolutely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth a Visit

I had one of the worst dining experiences here. The food was below average — bland, poorly cooked, and nowhere near the quality you'd expect for the price they charge. The serving staff was careless, inattentive, and completely unprofessional. It took ages to get basic service, and even then, the attitude was unacceptable.

To make it worse, the prices were outrageously high for such poor quality food and service. Honestly, it felt like a complete waste of money and time. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options out there that offer value, taste, and proper hospitality — this place offers none of that.

Even street food would have been a better option than what was served here. The entire experience felt like a scam — overpriced and overhyped. Cleanliness was also a major issue — the place looked unhygienic and neglected. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one truly...

Worst staff I have ever experienced. All the bouncers are forced to pay the bill forcefully They don't even have mercy, all the bouncers are came to attack like something have happened in pub We just asked for Zomato offer If they can't offer what have been specified in Zomato then why there are linked up with Zomato Keep quiet and explore yourself if you have that much guts. Don't take help of zomato for bringing customers to your pub. My experience is not so good with bouncers. Worst bouncers. I think so training was not given properly for bouncers by pub management, unless issues happens then the bouncers will have authority to threat customers.
