It's the new kid on the block from Flechazo, but is it worth the hype? To find it out ourselves, we landed on a sweltering Thursday afternoon to the location, which is bang opposite Park Hyatt on road no. 2 of Banjara Hills. Not sure if there is a proper parking place because I did not see one. Thankfully, there is valet parking, however where they park your car is anybody's guess. We arrived at 12 PM and we're promptly seated inside. We were the early birds and they were still setting things up. Our server was prompt and got us the welcome drink in a mango flavor. It was apt as a welcome drink should be. Ths starters were ushered in next with chicken wings, tangdi, prawns, chicken cutlet and fish covering the non veg fare. We didn't take mutton, so cannot comment about it. My favorite was the tangdi and the cutlet. The cutlet in particular was coin sized but tasted delectable. We asked them to get the veg starters of which the paneer was my favorite. There was crispy corn, crispy fried banana with bread crumbs, mushrooms, chilly potatoes and cheese corn roll. All of them were good, however they missed on serving a couple of items which I ignored. There were chaats which were fine. I did not find the nachos chaat anything fanciful. The dahi papdi was good though. The pizzas were the weak link but the momos were appetizing. The main course was not fully ready even at 1 PM. I had butter naan along with dal makhni, palak paneer, fish curry and chicken makhani. Except the fish curry, everything else tasted good. The fish while cooked well, lacked the flavor and taste. The desserts section had a variety of ice creams, gulab jamun, rasogollah, mishti doi, cupcakes and brownies. The cupcakes were amazing and the gulab jamun too were good. The brownies felt a bit old. All in all it was a nice meal but there were some flaws. The desserts section was unmanned and with the multitude of customers handling the items, it was not a good idea. Unlike in many restaurants, here nobody enquired if it was a special occasion? Now, that maybe a small thing but customers have come to expect that, especially from new age restaurants. They need to prepare the food within a time frame which gives every customer the chance to savor everything. Many of the live counters were not ready and I saw jalebis while I was only about to leave. They were following COVID protocols in terms of seating arrangements and the staffs were also wearing masks but many customers walked in without wearing one. It was clearly mentioned at the entrance, no mask, no entry! People have a poor memory I know!! Decent food with decent service sums up the place! Has a lot of potential but there is scope to improve. Hopefully it lives up to the hype going ahead!!

Flechazo has opened up its new branch at Banjara Hills thus I chose to visit them over a couple of days prior. The primary thing I could see was the consistency with which the assistance was taken into consideration by their staff. With a wide scope of food alternatives, you are surely up for a treat. The concept has been greatly acknowledged by people with wide choices ranging from Indian starters, Live chaat counter, Huge section for Italian and the Indian main course section. The starters were quite appealing to me. Speaking about my experience, their Pudina Lahori tangdi kebab and Turkish adana kebab were seriously good. Each of the dishes were well marinated and had a pretty distinct flavour. Besides, their Prawns salt and pepper along with Char grilled harissa spiced chicken tikka were lip smacking as well. Amongst the veg options, I was offered Turkish fried cheesy corn roll and Flechazo style Crispy corn. The dishes were light and quite delicious. Over to the live counter area, one can savor road style Pan Asian dim sums with dips or an immense assortment of Street style chaats, like Dahi papdi or Panipuri. There was even a section only for Sushi which came as an amazement to me. The mains consisted of almost 14 items ranging from Indian, Chinese, Continental and Pan Asian. My pick amongst their main course had to be their Murgh Makhani, Mutton Bhuna Masala, Kadhai Paneer and Dal Makhani. Accompanied with some authentic Hyderabadi Biryani and Butter Naan, this was something magical. For desserts, there was Gulab Jamun, Ice cream, Jalebi and assorted Pastries. The desserts were reasonably good too. I'm no more a desserts person, but nevertheless, what I tasted was surely good. Flechazo's exceptional service meant that they found individualized solution for each customer to make sure that no one was delayed because of the glitch. Would definitely recommend this place to all.

On January 26, 2024, We visited Flechazo Banjara hills for a team lunch, and the ambiance was delightful with tri-color balloons, perfectly setting the mood for Republic Day. The festivity extended to the option of putting tri-colors on our cheeks. Now, onto the food journey! The variety of starters was impressive, offering a range of non-veg options like fish, chicken, and prawns. With almost 10 different varieties, the presentation was excellent, and we were promptly served. However, I must say, while some dishes stood out and were delightful, a few fell into the okay category. I did notice a slightly salty touch in some dishes โ€“ whether intentional or not, it added an unexpected twist to the flavors. Moving to the main course, I found it a bit limited in options. It would be great if there were more choices to balance out the delightful starters. The live counters were a highlight, adding an interactive touch to the dining experience. From panipuri and pasta to ice cream rolls and pizza, these counters added a dynamic element, and the live preparation added to the overall appeal. In summary, Flechazo offered a pleasant experience with a few hits and misses in the culinary department. The ambiance, Republic Day decor, and the live counters contributed positively to the visit. With a bit more attention to the main course and perhaps refining the salt levels in some dishes, the overall dining experience could reach new heights. I'd rate it a solid 3 stars for the effort put into creating a festive atmosphere and the variety in starters. ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ

You don't need a reason to party here!! You just need bad luck!! there starters are the only thing i liked that too only non veg!! there paneer is fake, and they're using cheap products in food, i want the TS food security to take action upon them as i had really bad stomach after there food, it's not that i want to degrade them but there food isn't that upto the mark and people paying that much amount for it is worthless, there staff is good but what's the point if the food isn't good?? i still can't understand how can someone make such a utter food.... i still remember the taste of there sweet in which there was no sweetness in it, i wonder how they're still in there, and there parking lot is not so good. it's not that one or two food items are not good it's only one or two items that are good from the entire menu, there mutton is made of what idk and there biryani is the wort i had so far and some of there deserts are just so good that you'd carry sugar with you so that you can add some of it in there , let me put a list of things i liked and i didn't like at all.

food i liked in there:- the bes thing of all which made me survive in there was there mocktail!! best of all starter:- prawns, kung pao chicken, chicken leg piece, fish fry, some fried chicken main course: NONE live counter: pasta displayed in salad section: prawns salad, veg salad, there curd and pineapple desert: there's an halwa dal ka or something, brownie, Ice cream have some different chemical taste in it after they melt.

THINGS I DIDN"T LIKE:- starters:- mutton ka stuff smtg, and all the veg starters main course: chicken biryani, crab, mutton(sucks),fish curry, natoo kodi(faking it with boiler chicken),paneer kofta(only looks good but it tastes like thermacol), every paneer curry, mixed vegetable or smtg live counter: mutton kheema( i don't know how can people make everything so good stuff too so worst), pizza(they're using the worst batter for dough, i don't know how people are saying there pizza is good, dominos 50Rs pizza is way more better then that), there chat counter has everything outdated in it.

i never tried sushi so i can't give any opinion on that.

there staff: they're really good and when i said them the biryani is not upto the mark he came with new one which was same as it is so i didn't say much as i thought it's the only thing but then after everything got terrible in the menu one after another

i went on Friday around 1 o'clock of 6/09/2024 using Eazydiner, this was the honest review, i'm posting this because of my worst experience and i don't want you guys to waste your money on this buffet atleast, as the taste is all it...

Let me start with the table reservation process, I simply used Google to reserve a table. The restaurant staff promptly called me to confirm my reservation in advance.

Once we reached, the restaurant, we observed that there is no neon signage but just a plain board about the existence of the place in the building. Valet parking is no where to be seen, we had to get down to search them only to find that we can park ourselves.

To my surprise, it was buffet only and A la Carte was unavailable. Rs713 for the vegetarian buffet is not worth it. Apart from the starters, there was hardly any impressible spread of vegetarian dishes. Out of the few 2 were dal tadka and dal fry; wonderful isn't it? Out of no other choice, we had to go ahead with the buffet.

The staff is getting too close to your face while speaking. I think they should be trained well to maintain sufficient distance while speaking to guests. Initially, they were very frugal in serving the starters, one piece per person but then later they didn't shy off from serving more. The first round of paneer tikka was salty and cold. The mushroom was sour. On the flip side banana tikki was good.

Initially, somehow I felt they were in a rush to serve and get us to clear the table to make way for others, but then I realized it was not intentional and no one asked us to finish off our dinner soon. In this hustle and bustle, they dropped some food on my clothes without any apology.

The Pasta: The pasta from the live counter is a shame. The small serving bowl of pasta had more gravy and just 4 pieces of pasta. When I say '4' I mean '4'. We counted it again and again.

The Chat: Panipuri was salty. Other chat items were ok, not that great.

Here comes the bigger disappointment. The drinks menu had 7 cocktails and there was an offer of 5 drinks for Rs399 but 3 out of 7, the best ones made from cranberry were not available. Then the smoothies/ milkshakes section had some offer too with about 5 or 6 items and surprisingly only chocolate milkshake was available. This really put us off.

We go to these kindsย of places with the expectation of good service, quality, and variety of food and drinks. If 70% of your drinks menu is not available, it is unacceptable.

It looks like this is a franchisee model with several branches in the city and is not maintained well. I would avoid such places in the future.

NOT...
