The Dining Room — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying the buffet lunch at Park Hyatt, and I must say it was a memorable dining experience with a mix of delightful surprises and a few minor disappointments.

The buffet spread, while not extensive, covered a wide variety of cuisines, offering a satisfying selection of dishes. One standout item that truly impressed was the Adrak Ghost Shorba, which was heavenly in flavor and undoubtedly a highlight of the meal.

The atmosphere at Park Hyatt's restaurant added to the charm of the dining experience. The cozy ambiance and the tasteful decor created a warm and inviting setting. The seating arrangements were comfortable, and the attention to detail in the decor, including elegant lighting and well-chosen furnishings, contributed to a relaxed and upscale dining environment.

However, it's worth noting that the live counters, including the soup kitchen, didn't quite live up to expectations. Live counters often add an interactive and engaging element to the dining experience, so it's unfortunate that these aspects fell short.

On the brighter side, the starters were a hit, with the mushroom dish being a standout favorite. The high quality and flavors of the starters were certainly praiseworthy.

The service experience was a mix of two sides. While the senior staff appeared somewhat aloof, the table wait staff was excellent and attentive, making sure our needs were promptly met. The chefs, too, played a pivotal role in enhancing the dining experience, creating memorable moments with their culinary expertise.

We went through Swiggy dine out 30 percent off . First when we entered we weren’t even allowed to sit and made to wait to confirm my booking after looking into the machine the guy said there is. No such booking done on my name so I had to show him the Swiggy app with my booking mentioned . Then he called up someone making us wait for 10 mins till he confirmed with someone . Later on he mentioned that we don’t have any such deals hence I had to confront him that the offer was there and I have booked it and you can’t deny that when he allowed us to go and have a seat, while following us he was mentioning the buffet is for 2500 + gst making sure if we could afford it or not when I din even ask him for the price of the buffet. Horrible staff atleast hire people who are courteous and welcoming not Morons who think they can make anyone feel less in themselves. Such people should be fired right away then they will understand the value of a customer. It’s only because the customer pays the hotels run or they are nothing. Treat everyone equally and like humans and not take someone for granted . Will never step my foot again in that place and will make sure none of the people I know step in that place too. Too bad you guys just lost a bunch of customers. Pathetic people even the guys on the reception are the same they don’t bother when the person was relating the problem to another of his superior colleague he clearly said “Toh kya” means they are not bothered . Park Hyatt is a really good place to park you self on a trip / holiday. The hotel is expensive but it is good bang for buck . The service is really awesome and the ambiance is gorgeous... the security is good for the guests. It is placed near the KBR so if anyone gets into park hyatt can try going for a walk in the morning or evening and have a fresh air or have a glance of gorgeous pecocks . There are lot of them in KBR park. There is a in house garden maintained in the hotel. The walkway to the room is really eye catching. The view of each room is awesome.

Since the hotel provides bed and breakfast which is a good offering as the food served has continental, indian and European also . You have large variety of options in breakfast. The taste was amazing. Really enjoyed relishing the food .

The ambiance of the main hall at reception and restaurant is really great . There is a large size statue on a reflective stainless steel base . In front of this is a infinity water flow base . Really great view as soon as you enter the lobby. You have few walls with vessels as decorative items which is good to see.

Conclusion.. really a must try if money is not a dealbreaker..... few things I did observe thta could have been better or upgraded is the carpets were dirty , soiled , and some places it went bad and definitely a replacement... some lawn adjacent to the inhouse plants would have improved the...
