A Slice of Heaven in Hyderabad – Conçu Banjara Hills
Conçu Banjara Hills is more than just a patisserie – it’s an experience. Nestled in one of Hyderabad’s most charming neighborhoods, this elegant café has become my go-to spot for everything from quiet coffee breaks to indulgent dessert runs. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the heart and soul behind it: Mr. Faraaz.
From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and attention to detail that speaks of true passion for hospitality. The ambiance is chic yet inviting, with a European café vibe that makes you want to linger longer. The display counter is a work of art—every pastry, cake, and confection crafted with precision and beauty.
But the real magic lies in the flavors. From their signature Tres Leches and Tiramisu to artisanal croissants and freshly brewed coffee, every item reflects a commitment to quality and creativity. It’s evident that Conçu doesn’t just serve food—it curates moments.
Mr. Faraaz is the kind of host who makes a difference. You can often spot him engaging with guests, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and most importantly, listening. His hands-on approach, eye for excellence, and genuine hospitality are a rare combination in today’s café culture. He’s not just running a business—he’s building a brand with soul.
In a city brimming with cafés, Conçu Banjara Hills stands out—not just for its world-class offerings, but for the heart behind it. Highly recommended, whether you're a dessert connoisseur, coffee lover, or someone who simply appreciates a beautiful space run by passionate...
Read moreI recently had a really disappointing experience at Concu Banjara Hills. They have a strict no-smoking policy, which is fine, but the way they enforce it is just irritating. Every time we go there, it feels like they are getting on our nerves more and more. The last time my brother posted a comment expressing his disappointment, a group from his friends decided to visit Concu. The managers were extremely rude, asking, "Who's Zaki?" and talking nonsense. They even threatened to deny us service, using false language and trying to intimidate my brother. It felt really cheap and unprofessional. Instead of addressing our concerns, they chose to be confrontational. It’s frustrating to see a place that could be enjoyable turn into such a negative experience. It’s not just about the smoking policy; it’s about how customers are treated. We expected better service and respect, but it seems like they’ve lost sight of that. I hope they reconsider their approach and start treating their customers with...
Read moreVisited the Banjara Hills outlet of concu more recently. The chain has now been extensively franchised with multiple outlets across the city.
The mainstay of this outlet, however, was just the landscaping and the regular dessert fare which is standardised across all the outlets.
In the food, tried the pesto veggies, which was significantly under seasoned. N the Vietnamese iced coffee, which was brewed like an extremely average cold coffee over condensed milk. Quite underwhelming the regular cafe fare.
Recommended only for the patisserie fare.
Also, the self ordering system is one of the most intrusive I have come across, with so many personal details being asked before u place the order. Also, the only FnB outlet in this segment that only has self ordering, n you cannot place the order on the tables. Prices are a tad bit high for qsr format service and...
