TLDR: Disappointing, rude staff and okaish food, extra mandatory service charges

We went in evening. Ambience was ok ok, too dim lights, no balconies, and no outside view visible at night.

Staff is rude. When we said honey chilli potato is not spicy one tried to lecture us on his 12 year industry experience. He was not receptive of feedback. They are also unsure if item is available. First he said milkshakes are out of stock then when we asked him to confirm, he said it is now in stock.

Then they charge 7% service charge. Though court has mentioned service charges are at customer discretion but their order taking website mentions they will levy 7% charge and then they say you agreed to it. On telling him this fact, he told if we let go of 50% Zomato Dining off then he will waive off service charge!!

Also when we asked to take a group photo they just ignored and went about taking orders. I just wonder if we had posted that photo they would have got more customers but they lack...

The place is not half bad because the chef is good at his job soup was good paneer sizzler was awesome

Live music is nice but the audio control guy thinks loud is great not clarity. The singer was great but let down by the bad music system.

-minus points Why allow smoke in the restaurant itself ??? It's a closed space with central air conditioning, are you guys idiots? Manage your dine out and Zomato things properly or stop giving offers.
