Comparing to the other Little Italy outlets in India, this one was the worst. We have been to its Pune, Baroda and Bangalore outlets with Pune being the best in service and food quality and taste. The Jubilee hills, Hyderabad outlet was the worst ever Little Italy outlet we visited(date of visit - 13/03/2021, reservation time : 8pm). This rating is not for the food taste, the food taste & quality was ok but it was the hospitality of the staff which has made us rate this restaurant one star. They ruined our date night! There was chaos in the restaurant, the staff did not know to handle a Saturday night crowd. Wrong orders were served. They were talking and shouting at each other IN front of the customers! really unruly behavior. they need to be sent to Hotel Management schools to teach manners. There seemed to be shortage of staff and no one even was interested in attending to the tables. We ordered Virgin Pinacolada & Virgin Mojito. Pinacolada was average taste while virgin Mojito was just MINT! We ordered Cheese corn balls but they did not have it!! IT SEEMS IT GOT OVER!!! can you believe it! So we went ahead with Nachos with cheesy sauce, again average taste. The Pizza Alla Vodka, that we ordered next, was good. Asked for Lasagna but the waiter said they have only cheese lasagna available and his enthusiasm of telling us that killed my love for Lasagna. so did not order. The last one was our favorite The CHOCLATE BOMB... But the Jubilee Hills outlet just knew how to kill this dish as well. The chocolate lava cake was not hot at all. they just warmed it and gave us. Dear Management of Little Italy, Jubilee Hills, if you really don't work on your staff's attitude and the food quality, people like us who have tried the other outlets will definitely not come back to your place and a word of bad mouth would spread. We chose Little Italy not just because it is our favorite restaurant but also because we saw good reviews of this outlet. Very Very Very...

ย ย ย Read moreWe usually visit Little Italy ( Hi-Tech City) and love the place for the delicious food and courteous staff. So we decided to try theirtother branch and visited their jubilee hills branch. We enjoyed the starters and then ordered the main course. I don't know if they had a shortage of staff today or if this is usual but they took forever to get the main course and by the time we got it at our table we were pretty full. If the food is brought to the table in quick succession it's very enjoyable but a gap of thirty minutes or more really kills the appetite. They charged us for our 7 year old who hadn't eaten much at all. So we ordered pasta for her since they said they're going to charge whether we order for her or not. But she didn't eat the pasta either and even we couldn't finish our main course so we asked them to pack it up but they refused. We didn't ask them to pack up the starters which were unlimited, but the main course which was on our table and had already been touched. The staff is inefficient and rude. When we wanted a mocktail, there were no glasses and when the glasses were restocked the mocktail pitcher was empty. The same thing happened at the dessert counter. I guess we won't ever be coming back to this branch of...
