The strawberry milkshake did not have the Java chips I paid Rs.35 for. So, that was lacking.
The salmon cream cheese croissant was less than I expected. The picture in the website shows a rich layer of cream crease and a generous slice of salmon 3rd photo attached). What I received had neither (see 1st two photos). It was barely a layer of cream cheese and a sliver of salmon. And, the whole sandwich was so compressed, it looked like someone sat on it. Thoroughly underwhelmed.
The lemon loaf is so dry. I'm eating it but I'm not enjoying it. I will say it is a nice thick slice. The serving size is great. But, the taste isn't.
And, I'd like to be refunded the Rs.35 I paid for Java chips which I did not receive.
I also got the biscoff dessert thing. It's not good at all. Gross actually. It's sweet but not in a good way.
Is very sad. Starbucks is such a known name, but the quality of their food and the accuracy of their service (again, I paid for Java chips but did not get them) is so bad.

Read moreI have been to this Starbucks branch from last 5years. It was the good experience to have coffee and other options. And I have taken from here so many time takeaway orders. But on my last visit when I taken Mocha Frappuccino for takeaway the person who gave me my order didn't pack it well. Once I reach home I found just around 2-3sip of Mocha Frappuccino along with ice cubes. All the Frappuccino was in the Starbuck carry bag. Even when I taste the left over sip, I found out it was very bad in taste that I couldn't swallow it.
Date was 4th November 2021 on Thursday. I will attach those pics so may be you guys can look into the matter. Starbucks coffee is a matter of love to us and last visit disappointed me. I hope this will not happen in future because you guys will continue to do this then surely you will lose precious customers.
