My previous review was taken down, i dont know why so resposting it again. I had a horrid experience. The food was good but the service too matters. The start of the our experience itself was terrible. The valet misbehaved with us when we went to ask him for the valet service. His tone was loud and mean. After reaching there we were ushered into a jail room. After seating ourselves we asked a female busser for french fries for my four year old daughter who very politely said yes we can get it then out of nowhere a male busser who was a disgusting, nasty, disrespectful man came to take our order down. We asked him for french fries for my daughter who then said we can't bring you french fries, I asked why when it is given in your online menu and the female busser said yes. This man tried to insult us by saying come on open the menu card, is it there? Is this the sort of service Gizmat offers? I wanted to slap him across the face for his behaviour. He is lucky my daughter was there otherwise I would have taught him a lesson on how to behave with customers. He kept on annoying us and harassing us about the French fries issue even after my husband told him to let it be. I wish I had gotten his name i would have posted it on social media. Gizmat needs to change their male bussers because they don't know how to take down orders and behave with customers. The busser was acting like as if he owned the place. The waiters were very nice and courteous. The food too was tasty but this man spoiled our entire experience there. Just goes to show that one spoiled apple can spoil the entire cart. I have gone to the best restaurants around the world and when an item is not available there is a way a staff member says that it isn't available. Being rude with pathetic behaviour is not the way to go. My husband had to calm me down on that day otherwise I would have lost it at the busser. Families should definitely not visit the place because they might encounter this horrible man. When we go to dine we don't need nastiness and sarcasm. We need good service and good food. Only then will we...
Read moreAsk me. And I wouldn't refer this place to anyone. First, the food taste is below average. I ordered chicken large mandi. The most important ingredient of mandi is the taste of rice which should be made in yakhni, but this place makes normal plain biryani rice and adds meat on top. Rice is the same for all mandi, only meat is different. Second, the owner of this place is extremely arrogant and unwelcoming. He has been treating customers as if they did not have any other option but to come to his restaurant. Many customers in my presence had to confront him because of the way he was treating pregnant women and elderly women at the restaurant. One customer just requested to give him a seating location as his pregnant wife couldn't sit down to eat, but the owner right away asked him "why did you get her if she can't sit where we ask to". To note the restaurant was empty with available seating space and the staff is very courteous but they expressed their helplessness in fear of the owner. I would rather prefer a place with peaceful dining experience with average taste than a place with such behaviour with customers. Thirdly, the floor seating space in the jail setup are unhygienic and unclean. I didn't feel like sitting there but my kid insisted on sitting inside the jail so had to. Overall, I am not going to this restaurant again even if it offers free food. I need a more pleasant dining experience which isn't...

The Chicken Mandi is tender and aromatic, while the Fish Mandi offers a succulent and delicate taste. The Paneer Mandi caters to vegetarian palates with its rich and creamy texture.
Among the offerings, the Mutton Mandi stands out as a must-try. Each tender bite of succulent mutton is infused with aromatic spices, creating a delightful culinary experience. The generous portions and superb taste make it a favorite for anyone craving a satisfying meal.
However, the restaurant has its drawbacks. Despite the enticing menu, not all items are always available, which can be disappointing for diners looking forward to specific dishes. Additionally, the service can be slow and inconsistent, detracting from the overall dining experience. While the unique theme and flavorful dishes provide a memorable visit, the restaurant's execution in terms of availability and service leaves room for...
