Haldiram's — Restaurant in Hyderabad

" BAD AND CHEAP BEHAVIOUR OF A STAFF PERSON " Me and my mother visited this restaurant on 18/04/24, it was around 9 :30 pm to 10 pm. I went to the counter to place the order the staff person who was there doesn't have any manners, I calmly observed him and his words the way he was talking with his other staff member, and ordered 2 chole samosa and went to my table, after that I went again to order veg momos,  he took my order and gave bill, I am on my way to give the bill to food counter he then said on my back "malum he char pieces aathe" (you know it will come 4 pieces). That means he was insulting me. I turned to that person side and asked "what ?" he said "I am not saying you sir, i was saying to the staff person on food counter". He thought he was cleaverly answered. I asked him and the food counter person that "after taking every order from the customer the billing person and the person over the food counter will convey that give him 2 pieces or 5 pieces and veg sandwich etc etc.. Do you? They are silent.. And I asked that your words is not like saying him, you are insulting me by saying that "you know 4 pieces will come. He thought I was poor unaffordable person." After raising my voice on him, he understand that he got booked and kept silent and I asked to call the manager and went to my table, after another staff member came and apologised and said "manager was not there in store, I will inform him regarding this issue," said "once again so sorry sir on behalf of that person". My mother told me to leave it beta, some people behave like a cheap person, don't take their words serious. We left from that place without having proper food.

Cheap and worst behavior of that staff person, because of one person others staff persons who are well mannered their name will also get spoiled.

"Be careful guys and closely observe their words".

I asked his name to other staff person who said apology, he didn't said his name. Else I would have been disclosing his name here.

Haldiram are absolutely delicious and it likes by Rich, poor and middle class people like me. I believe every customer deserve to receive respectful and courteous service.

I am requesting haldiram store manager, to take appropriate action against that person. If you want to find that person  ask with other staff persons ( everyone knows). Or check with CC TV footage around 9:30 pm to 10:00 pm...

Famous Haldiram's restaurant is now available at Mushrambagh, Dilsukhnagar, catering a wide range of vegetarian foods, North Indian chaats, South Indian dishes, a variety of sweets, icecreams, cold drinks, juces, cakes etc. The taste of foods supplied is average, and the costs are a little higher than many other restaurants. They also have plenty of packaged items of their own brand containing sweets, bhujias, and nuts. The ambience of the restaurant is very attractive, and the entire sitting area is beautifully decorated. It remains crowded after 7 pm. It is a good place to hang out with friends and family for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The restaurant remains open from 8 am to 11 pm. The restroom is very small and odour free, but the floor is very wet and uncomfortable. There are about twelve stairs to climb up to the entrance of the restaurant, and there is no ramp for wheelchair access. They have a cellar parking facility. ♿️Entrance is not...

We moved almost all tablesin this place. We are given a table after 40 mins, saying they called twice, but we did not turn up. Then, gently asked to shift to another table as we are 3 on a table of 4. Moved to another, then a family of 5 are given a table for 4. So, tables merged and they want us to move, so another table, that was suddenly spilled with water so to our finally destined table.

Then with that table number ordered food for 6 items but we are delivered 5 items and then we are just waiting... finally reminded that item six is not served. One after another, a three level inspection of our plates and left overs is done and finally item 6 is confirmed as never served and so was done as it was ordered after that long.

Food was good, but ost of the staff are not trained well and are not local to Hyderabad, neither they bother about service nor the reputation of their employer. So, a bit laid back in serving.
