Haldiram's — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I ordered multiple times from swiggy and they listen and read to the instructions mentioned while placing the order which I liked. Packaging is good but restaurant charges very heavy amount just on Packaging which is too much. With every order above 300 one has to mandatory pay atleast 90 to 100 rs as restaurant Packaging fees.

Curries are good. Dal makhani is very nice. Paneer kadhai is good. Looking forward to try jain dishes as they seem tasty from pics.

Also their rotis butter naan is very nice. Hygiene is very much maintained.

My recommendation to staff is to use LESS OIL in food, remove abruptly high packaging charge as its not required. You are not giving gold carry bags and containers to charge...

Warning: Avoid Vada Pav and Potato Items Here I had a terrible experience today and strongly advise against ordering the Vada Pav or any other potato items from this establishment. I found rotten potato inside my vada. When I brought this to the chef's attention, they inexplicably claimed it was chutney, despite two other customers confirming it was clearly rotten potato. This level of pathetic behavior and food quality is unacceptable. It appears they are exploiting their brand name to serve rotten...

The Raj kachori tasted very sweet. The ratio of Dahi to the interior sauces is totally damaged. I wish they look into it and make it with outmost care the best time. We ordered two Raj kachoris and both of them tasted the same. The flavours of Dahi dominated the rest all flavours in it. Very disappointed with Haldiram this time.
