Harley's Ivory Lounge - Nanakramguda — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this bakery. Upon arrival, we went straight to the counter to buy some bread. Despite there being two people at the counter and low to moderate rush, we were ignored repeatedly. The staff were more interested in whatever else they were doing than in helping us. We asked multiple times if they had different types of bread, and while they confirmed they had multigrain bread, they made no effort to assist us beyond curt replies.

After finally selecting a couple of breads, we decided to eat something before leaving. We ordered a burger and a cold coffee. The burger arrived after 15 minutes, but the coffee never came. We had to remind the waiter, only to realize they had completely forgotten our coffee order. We cancelled the coffee as we were already delayed.

When we asked for the bill, we specifically requested it include the breads we chose. The bill took another 10 minutes to arrive and incorrectly included the coffee we never received. We had to go to the counter to get this corrected.

To top it all off, despite asking them earlier to set aside the breads we chose, they tried to give us broken bread. When confronted, they insisted the bread was fine, disregarding our concerns entirely.

Overall, the service was abysmal, the staff was inattentive, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. This all happened on a weekday with a low to moderate rush, making it even more inexcusable. I won't be returning to this...

Over hyped like a lot of other places in Hyderabad. Ordered Veg Pasta in arrabiata sauce along with veg executive pizza and citrus lemon cooler. Got a complimentary russian medovik as well. Lemon cooler was a sugar rush drink. There was no lemon in it. Probably prepared from a powdered prepacked thing. Even when I inquired if the drink is made fresh or not the server replied fresh and this is what you get. Pasta sauce was honey with ketchup. It was very sweet and nowhere appeared to be arrabiata sauce. Pizza base was unique in a way they used the old school patty base. Was average since the toppings along with cheeze had little taste. Commendable approach though on the base. Russian Medovik had biscoff base and was too sweet but that is my personal choice. Might appeal to someone who likes biscoff. The problem where I have given them 2 stars is because the service was not good. Nobody was interested to take the order and then followup. Ambiance was good though. Our dinner experience at Harley's was, as always, delightful and filled with excellent food and vibrant ambience. Over the course of 7 or 8 visits, we've tried nearly all their dishes, and they never fail to impress. The Russian Medovik, their house special, is a standout dessert that we highly recommend - it’s simply divine! The restaurant's colorful and lively atmosphere adds to the charm, making it a perfect spot for a memorable meal.

The service by Abhilash was extraordinary. He was welcoming, attentive, and spot-on with his suggestions, all of which were a hit with our group. His dedication truly elevates the dining experience.

However, one recurring issue we’ve faced is the mix-up of starters and main courses. On several occasions, we’ve received starters along with, or even after, the main course, which has been a consistent observation. While it doesn’t overshadow the overall experience, addressing this would make dining at Harley’s flawless.
