Lazeez — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I've gone to this restaurant on 14th September at 8:30PM for a dinner buffet. I would like to say the following. we were five of us and the bill came upto around Rs.2700

The welcome drinks were not served and when asked for it we were told that the drinks were over and someone had gone to get it.(People who came after us got served but not we) No clue what happened to our drinks. Few restaurants like Lazeez even though they price their per plate cost at Rs. 550 do not put their starters in the food buffet area as they feel that people would consume a lot and says please sit sir we will serve the starters. 35 minutes into the restaurants the starters did not arrive.. Feeling pathetic for have ruined my special day I have asked them to call the manager and unfortunately no one turned up. After 15 minutes of asking for the Manager the starters were brought. The starte though delayed was tasting good so we asked them to repeat the starters and they took their sweet time by which we lost interest and went to the maincourse. The Biriyani was pathetic dont know who cooked it. The Mutton curry was half cooked The curd was sour

Let me also tell you what was good The Manchow Chicken soup was Excellent The Sambar Rice was Awesome but boy do you spend Rs.550 for soup and Sambar rice?

V visited Lazeez at Royal- Reeve & it was full on a Saturday evng. Food was good. my compliments to the chef who turned out a very good continental dish of Chicken steak. Had a similar dish long back in City of Naples italy. Chicken was perfectly done, Saute veggies, were having a perfect blend of Oregano, & olive- oil. Herb rice too was very well-done, keep up the Good- work, A special mention to one captain Roshan who was on his toes from one table to the other, as some guest was celebrating her 60th birthday @ the next table. So they ordered a lot. He is definitely an asset to your organisation V are regular customers of BOTH F-3's sainikpuri & marredpally, Especial mention on your Chinese combo but it was at F-3 marredpally, v instructed the captain that v don't like it to be greasy, So he took good- care,forgot his name. Lazeez is part of Royal Reve Hotel. Offers Buffet and a la carte lunch and dinners. Located in central city of Secunderabad Near to clock tower land mark. It has banquet halls for hosting birthday parties and other Ocassaion.

I had dined in for lunch. We had opted for a la carte ordered Ginger Chicken and Apollo Fish which sounded good.

Later on ordered butter nan with spicy Ghosh curry. The curry was good but the meat was uncooked and was very hard.

We wanted to order dessert and were looking in to the menu and the menu card was taken away with out even giving a chance to order by the server. He was impolite and ruthless. Billing took time as well. A candid review nothing negative but the lunch didnt end well.
