Super Capital O Hotel Vaishnavi — Hotel in Hyderabad

Comfortable stay. Unwelcoming attitude of staff.

Overall the stay is fine. But the staff and hotel as such is not guest friendly. Had to have a heated argument with the reception staff at the time of check in. They claim they won't accept any online payment made. What are we supposed to do as customer? How do we know whether they have a tie up with the online platform or not ? It is sad. After a tiring journey we need to fight with the hotel staff. Initially they provided a room on the sixth floor. It was a very old room. Everything about it is old. It did not have a TV. And the elevator of the hotel serves till the fifth floor only. Need to climb stairs again. Then again another heated argument with the staff and finally got another room on the second floor.

Other observations:

*As advertised, mineral water was not provided. They claim that it is normal RO water mention in the advert as complimentary and not packaged drinking water. Did not argue further as it is a waste of time.

Rooms are old. The structure is old. Many cracks and loose plastering.

*It is close to secunderabad railway station and parade ground metro station.

*Outside food is not allowed not even online ordering. Their room service is pathetic. It is very costly and lacks options. Tea for Rs30. No non veg options.

*Hot water is available. TV, air conditioning, elevator etc. All are good and functional.

Toilet is old. Many plumbing and fittings are not functional.

*Bed is comfortable. Linen is fine.

*Good locality. Ample parking.

*Lacks good restaurants near by.

First, I had to wait for more than 1 hour (even after mentioning my check-in time), that too well beyond 2 PM. Then, asked to pay extra money almost 80% more than the booking amount, otherwise room will not be alloted. Very poor services and behavior of staff. Plasters coming out from walls in the room. Water leakage from AC. Dirty and poor quality bedding material. No toiletries and drinking water was provided. Further, breakfast was complimentary but they asked to pay extra. Paid for almost over breakfast. Restaurant on the ground floor looks like a dharamshaala. Finally, don't go to this hotel. Worst you can dream to get. This hotel is not worthy for more 1000/- per day.

If you book a room here through online portals, you may not get a room here if it is full. They are not updating it online and charging the customers with high price of 1700/- and sending us to their old not running hotel Vaishnavi Palace which is far away from it. Again we have to travel for 15-20mnts to reach that not hygiene hotel(Vaishnavi Palace). Suffering all this will lead us to discomfort after doing long journey from our village/hometown.

I have booked a room in Capitol O Vaishnavi Hotel at RP Road through AGODA app, but they said the rooms are full and made us to travel 5KMS to stay at this Vaishnavi Palace Hotel saying those rooms are as equal as Capitol O Vaishnavi hotel. We have suffered a lot with discomfort.

Rooms are not hygiene.. Even beds are also not in clean position.. Everytime we need to ask for bedsheet change.

Their rooms are boasted of high standards, but they are not up to the mark.

If the rooms are full or not empty, they must not show their bookings in online portals. We are the sufferers who booked through online and listened to their useless boasting and lies..
