Me and my wife went to the magnolia Ambience and everything was perfect had a proper fantastic desert but at the between be had a horrible incident there was a billing count we place an order after giving the order a order get cancelled due to item was not available but they can be order and amount after sometime the person comes to a table says the order can't be taken instead of that you can replace the order where I have ordered one tressletches and Sunday ice cream they said it can be done then the person comes and tells to us it can't be done due to it is the items are auto stock and one of the staff member was suggesting us to take the other products we said we do not want any thing apart from given the order but we said to refund the amount and staff person couldn't refund our amount because the product was not available now magnolia please please tell me is it my fault it is your companies for they have taken the order trying to suggest me I am not given the amount after sometimes they were discussing and there was a lady who has continuously talking in the phone not giving important as me as a customer and other person was trying to show empathy and importance to us and mean while I ask the manager number which they have provided it and had a word with them before that there was no amount refund there was no person given importance there was no proper manner by the staff magnolia is upcoming standard category of outsource please take a necessary action on the staff who a lack of giving importance to the customers and teach them the basic knowledge the phone is not important to the Infant of the staff we are as a customers not given importance that means lack of interest are they are not ready to...
