We went here to have a meal, it was extremely disappointing, first they kept table serve order, that’s not mcdonalds.
Incident -1 They have kisok in the store, while discussing and placing the order, there was staff member you came and stood beside us, it was so so weird, when I ask yes, how can I help you he started suggesting us meals, we said him, we will call you if needed he was so rude, he made such weird faces and then he asked his coworker to help. Then the lady came and stood beside us suggesting us meals
0 privacy, this is not so cool, help them when they needed not when you like.
Incident -2 There was this staff lady who was going of each table and asking us to open the Google and give us the phone. Bro!!! How can you ask somebody’s phone.
We figured out she was giving the store fake reviews and points.
This is ridiculous!!! She came to us and said us we need few points, can you open the Google and give it to me?! When I said no, ( because I would never want some strange to use my phone) she was so so rude.
I understand you need points or whatever, please ask customers to review their experience instead of you giving fake reviews for them.
Ruined my day
Food review: Sorry to say but it wasn’t fries it was some weird salt stick, it had so so much salt that I can make my curry with enough salty left in it.

Read moreThe today’s experience was hilarious. We got there and they told us to wait cause they were not ready to serve food. Then after waiting we manage to order 2 meals and the lady said we can’t pay by card, only cash. After that I received my meal with a Cappuccino and they have no sugar, they asked me to wait 15 minutes for that.
I ask for a refund cause I couldn’t wait and the manager said he can’t provide such a thing, so my husband has to come and speak to him and after that I get it. First of all just because I’m a woman he didn’t provided the same service as he did to my husband, Second of all he refund me the extra for the cappuccino ( cause the meal required extra Payment for certain drinks)and in that case I should receive also another drink as it is included in the meal.
I’m shocked about the service, I’ve been in many McDonald’s in different cities and countries and I’ve nerver received such a treatment.
Btw the staff and the manager himself should know that customers are the one who pay for the service,not the opposite. Please learn how to do customer service and not to be rude towards people who are willing to enjoy a meal...
Read moreThe most pathetic McD I’ve ever visited… A certain horrible smell hits us as we enter the place. The second struggle is the menu - no proper display. What you get is few screens- Showing only specials that run so fast you really cannot decide. Only one billing counter where people do not form a line nor does the establishment do anything to manage it. Now coming to the food we ordered American cheese special and some other chicken burger- The cutlet inside the burgers were very chewy like it was microwaved. Maybe that’s how McD makes burgers. We also had ordered chicken wings which had black substance on it when asked the person at the counter causally said it’s blood. I was shocked and surprised at the fact that he was so casual about it he went to his boss and they replaced it. We just left from that place. Never expected...
