McDonald's — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I have been a customer here for almost 4 years regularly and this review is after a year of observation.

Initially in 2018, the place was great - good ambience, good food in menu at attractive prices, quality was maintained and had a good professional staff... A 5 star service.

Slowly, the place started deteriorating and now a 2-star place and nowhere close to McD standards. The only good thing here, McCafe stays closed quite often now or menu options unavailable. A star just because you could order via Swiggy or Zomato.

Menu & cost: Updated menu isn't good. Majority items are generally not available. And the cost of items are really high. They have been increasing prices and decreasing services along with other points mentioned.

Food & health: be it veg or non-veg, it's oily, tasteless, stale at times, no preparation standards, E.g.: chicken nuggets are hard, sometimes contains cartilage. Chicken fries or wings are not worth eating. Am not sure if there are any food quality checks being done.

Staff: Lack of both quality and quantity is evidently visible. They discuss multiple issues like payment, work shifts, etc sitting at customer seats during peak hours. Some folks are good while others including managers are unprofessional.

Cleanliness & ambience: especially during COVID times it's not upto the mark. At times you would find thermal screening n sanitizers. Seats marked for social distancing are seldom used and quite often stays dirty. Same goes for food trays. Someone walking in and having a ₹100 burger or ₹150 cappuccino will have some expectations as compared to sitting at local vendors having ₹30 Burger and ₹ 20 filter coffee.

Service: As provided some hints in previous points, it's pathetic. Now, I could find self order machines installed since last few months for ease, but taking up at space - orders placed here, aren't functional and you you need to visit counter again n place order. It's just a toy to play and pay (they do mention that you would be refunded.. Wow! ). Petty shops are going digital and MCD here fails to keep up their payment systems - such a shame!

I would rather take a U-turn and visit Burger King on the road opposite at a little distance or various other outlets than visiting here. But I miss the McCafe which was unique n good. Just a few days back, I was told that McCafe was closed and 30 mins later found them making cappuccino for online order.

The crowd has always been there to keep it running at a prime location. But, seems they just want to make money and...

Hello Fast Food Lovers! Visited McDonalds recently which is at Shaiket, Hyderabad.

We all love fast food isn't it and McDonalds is the right place to end your cravings for delecious burgers and desserts.

The ambience of this place is great and have a good seating area. After the covid pandemic the restaurant is sanitised everyday in order to maintain safety hygiene norms given by the government.

They have a seperating seating area for birthday party. Whoever, interested to celebrate their birthday parties along with their friends and family they got a seperate party hall for it.

The order and serving here is quite quick. You will be getting your order within 5 minutes after you place an order that is the best thing of McDonalda in all of their outlets.

The food here must try is McChicken Meal, McVeggie Meal, AlooTikki Meal and also in desserts you can try Mcflurry Chococrunch, Hodfudge and mcswirl.

Decent place to visit with friends and family only crowded...

I am really happy and would like to appreciate the efforts of @McDonald’s India. Few years back the taste, ambience, and service was really bad then. But now McDonald’s India has improved the food quality, taste, and service. I would like to suggest a few more ways of improvement to McDonald’s India; as the sachets of ketchup give to customers and I request McDonald’s India to give Mayonnaise as sachets to the customers and also to improve the flexibility in the order. If a person want to add or remove something from the burger or the meal it should be considered. Moreover, more things should be added to the menu. I request the regional managers and board of directors to look after this issue and take more effective improvements. Lastly, I would like to acknowledge and appreciate McDonald’s India for all the improvements...
