Appearance can be deceiving and that's exactly what I experienced. While the food was good, service was pathetic. Long waiting time: Each dish took so long, right from soup, starters till handing over finger bowl and bill. How can you delay finger bowls? Doesn't need any preparation time 😀

Unhygienic: Carpet might have been last cleaned years ago, my friend's kid walked a little without footwear and feet became darker than their carpets. No wonder they have dim lights to cover it up! 😛 The waiter initially placed the starter bowl on my plate while serving others, then took the second starter dish and was about to serve it on the same plate, I gently refused and asked for a new one.

Greedy waiter: Towards the end while paying the bill, he insisted on a tip, so I wanted to round off 5220 to 5300 but he started bargaining and asked for more, so had to swipe 5440. Never beg for tips, it should be a free will of the customer to decide.

It lacked the authentic flavor and depth you would expect from a South Indian staple — the sambar tasted bland and watery, and the rice was either overcooked or under-seasoned.

The presentation was average, and while the service was decent, it couldn’t make up for the lack of quality in the food. For a restaurant that seems to market itself as offering quality meals, this visit fell far short. There was nothing particularly memorable or satisfying about the meal, and I left feeling like it wasn’t worth the time or money.
