I visited this place along with my friend and ordered hot Caffè Mocha and hot Caramel Macchiato.

We both of us being fans of Indian filtered coffee, didn't find the beverages as tasty. But the environment was very good. We just sat and were chitchatting comfortably.

The only distraction for this place was the door. It has fans installed so it makes a lot of sound when opened. Avoid tables close to the door.

I felt cheated when Barista (biller) defaulted to taking our order to Tall glass when we wanted was only Grande. For us, it was okay, not a bad experience. But what if someone goes there for the first time. Will they even want to come again?

Toilets are maintained nicely but there's only one, so it be occupied at times.

My favorite though was the New York cheese cake. Really loved it. Highly recommend having only this cake instead of coffee.

Yes, I'll visit this place again.

Excellent Service at Starbucks Gachibowli – Special Thanks to Anamika!

I recently visited Starbucks Gachibowli for a business meeting, and I had a wonderful experience, thanks to one of the team members — Anamika.

While I was waiting for my guest, I ordered a coffee. Anamika kindly offered to let me settle the bill later, so I could place all my orders together — a thoughtful and convenient gesture. Later, when I ordered more coffee and food, she recommended a grilled sandwich and the jaggery coffee, both of which turned out to be excellent choices. Her suggestions were not only helpful but truly enhanced my experience.

What stood out even more was the warm and polite farewell she gave us as we were leaving. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference.
