Swiss Castle Bakery ,Musheerabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This is the first time I faced the worst experience compared to previous orders which was taken from Swiss castle, I have purchased the Dark chocolate cake today, and have experienced the bad smell and the cream inside the cake was total of 90 percent. and no cake From past 6 years I have been a regular customer to Swiss castle, This is the first time It had the worst experience, When asked about the same with the employees at Musheerabad branch, the lady supervisor was very rash while answering. not listening and considering our request in smooth way. Below are the points what we found in the cake 1)The worst smell in the cake 2) and cream was worst where kids at our home started vomiting and there was no much of bread We requested to send the cake to the lab for the test. Customized cakes nnnn number of varieties. 900/- kg butterscotch and rest all above 1000/- kg. Very good in taste and reasonable price. They will display video to select customized cakes and also if u have any pics they will customized you. Cookies are awesome and badam biscuits are soooo yummy which cost 220/- 200gm. Half kg cakes also are in display. Puffs are very nice which cost 80/- and triangle puffs which we can eat with tea also available. Very well designed and decorate bokey with chocolates and lollypop are available. Barbe doll, cars building blocks, house all type of cakes are customized here. Very big Bakery. For vegetarian people this would be the best place and more over for veg cakes it was awesome but little bit expensive and bakery items and biscuits are too good. The ambience and staff are simple superb. This is the the best bakery for cakes. This bakery opened it's branch in Musheerabad recently. The location is beside Aamantran Restaurant. They offer cakes made without eggs and that is a boon for vegetarians. The outlet is large and roomy. Recently I Got the Birthday Cake. It came out very nice. Even Service was very good.
