Urban Asia -Jubilee Hills — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Urban Asia serves the best Chinese sit down buffet in Hyderabad. I used to visit China Bistro at Jubilee Hills for their lunch buffet but I am blown away with the varieties and the quality of service provided here. We were welcomed with a mocktail of our choice.

I couldn’t keep a count of starters I was served. It all started with a coconut based prawn noodle soup. Then came Sushi, dumplings, chicken, prawns, calamari, wings, satay, Manchurian, corn cubes and the list goes on.

After the starters, came the main course which had rice and two different curries of chicken and fish.

To finish the meal, there was a nice spread of desserts containing a large pudding, brownies, pastries, fruit salads and coconut stuffed spring rolls.

The servers were polite and were attentive. The manager Mr. Rajan was more than happy to be at our service. We were made to feel welcome by him. Overall, amazing food and very warm hospitality. I would absolutely recommend...

We have reserved for lunch buffet on Saturday last week and overall experience is really not good. First of all, there is no buffet organized in this place except Sunday brunch yet the customer care guy told us that there is buffet on Saturday. This is wrong and we only understood after reaching there. We also figured out that there is a different menu which they pointlessly call weekday buffet menu. When we asked to bring certain items from that menu they started refusing and only when we called the manager they reluctantly served those items. Coming to quality of food, few dishes are good but mostly not. Mutton roganjosh is completely bogus and they even don't have the courtesy to serve a full glass of welcome drink, they served 30% of the glass literally 2 small sips. Oh my god!! I seriously felt like running out of the place after being patient for sooooo long. You have to be very patient if you plan to visit this place, don't bother to even go here when you are super hungry or in hurry because you will not be satisfied with the service at the table. They keep to wait for very long time to serve the items from the menu. Buffet menu is not too big but still they take hell lot of a time. My personal experience I was very hungry amd wanted to try some chinese and opted for buffet but by the time they served me 3 starters they took close to 40 minutes. Most of the items were not available from the buffet menu and food was not hot as well. Worst ever experience visiting any restaurants.
