WRAPS & FRIES — Restaurant in Hyderabad

The WORST!!!! place to eat ...

I went there and ordered something. They told me it will take 30 min as they had few customers with their order waiting. After 30 min I thought to ask about my order as till that point they were in a rush of making and serving. When I asked about my order they said , "which order?". I told them that I am waiting for my order for 30 min and this is your reply. They are saying "how is this my fault". And said that the guy whom I ordered to has maybe gone to hospital.

My simple question is "if someone is going out for any kind of reason, doesn't it fall upon other guy to fulfil the order which was placed or atleast ask if he has got any order which is needed to be done."

-No proper communication between restaurant guys -No sense of responsibility -Not even apologizing for their mistakes .

Mark my words. If this is your behaviour and attitude towards customers then it won't be long someone else will make it their shop. And you will be on the road.

I recently visited Wraps and Fries restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The food was amazing, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal.

Both Vegetarians and non-Vegetarians will find plenty of mouth-watering choices! I tried Arabian Platter at Wrapsandfries, it was absolute delight! The platter they prestented was juicy and flavourful👌👌 What impressed me more was the variety of items in their menu. They offer delicious options including Wraps , Fries , Burgers , Pizza , Sandwiches , salads and my favorite Platters as well 😁.
