Kuchipudi @ Katriya Hotel — Restaurant in Hyderabad

My recent dining experience at Kuchipudi Restaurant was deeply disappointing. The food quality fell significantly below acceptable standards: Meat dishes: The mutton was severely undercooked and tough, making it nearly impossible to chew Seasoning: All dishes lacked proper seasoning and flavor Overall quality: The food preparation and presentation were well below basic restaurant standards. No bar although advertised- later told they do not hold a liquor license. Told me on check in that airport transfer included, when I came to book taxi i was told it was not. Grotty bathrooms. Room stinks of damp. Paid for an extra bed and got a mattress with a blanket on the floor. Not very clean, particularly the corridors. Terrace flooded where swimming pool is so pool is unusable. The name and the food does not match each other. The menu card was a piece of paper and 60% of the items listed in it were not there including soft drinks. Kuchipudi located in Katriya Hotel in Somajiguda, a prime place, should have better choices and meaningful menu. Though the service was better compared to few other restaurants, what’s the point when the food is not available to order as per the menu?
