Kasuall - Katriya Hotel — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This is located somewhat inside, near The Park Hotel. Was previously with the Fortune group. A very old property. Not maintained well. Rooms do not have a good AC flow. I had to get my room changed, which was also not satisfactory, but then left it. The rooms have a musty smell which one has to get used to. The door locks are also loose and the chain was also broken in my room. There is no menu card in the room nor online. So one has to call the inroom dining ask for options and then remember what to choose... So frustrating.... I ordered their biryani with a little of fear. But surprisingly, it was wonderful. So 1 star extra for the food. Overall, would suggest to look for...

Katriya Hotels looks nice from the outside, but inside, it’s a big disappointment. The place is dirty, and there’s a bad smell everywhere, probably from unclean carpets. Only one lift works, it’s always full, has no fan, and takes over 10 minutes to reach the 5th floor. The room smelled bad, and the bathroom was dirty. We told the management about the smell, and they said they’d send a freshener, but nothing came. We called again after two hours, but they didn’t answer. We checked in at 4 PM and left by 11 PM. Visited yesterday and found the place to be average..

First of all they give luring offers in Swiggy and do not entertain them when you land up, No offers for buffet, no offer for their chinese cuisine, offer is just for the menu which has less number of items.

Food was not so tasty to spare your time , energy for staff clarification which is rude most of the time stating that they don't cover...
