Staff is not at all helpful wrist outlets to visit..I have Pizza Hut voucher when I visit lulu mall outlet to redeemed my voucher 1st time bill informed me invalid code and when I reach out to customer care of gyftr app why code is showing invalid they told me it’s correct gift voucher can you please give phone to cashier so that I have a word with them one person from Pizza Hut inform them that because of server issue the gift code is not working..the person literally inform incorrect information to gyft customer care..they informed code is invalid to me and customer care they informed server is down that the reason we are not able to redeem it..then again I have word with customer person they informed me to send the screenshot of error msg suddenly Pizza Hut person is saying now I can able to reedemed you voucher..lulu mall Pizza Hut person are fooling the customers I can say worst...

They are saying coupons are not accepted. As per them Since 1 week server issue. Billing late on Sundays.. Long queue... Less staff... Even though coupons didn't worked, I paid for the bill. My bill number : 27106 My bill value : 1246/- Ajay is the store manager who says they escalated issue 4 days back, backend team is taking time to resolve the issue.

Points to consider from management Positive : clean and hygiene store Responsive staff

Negative : not asking customer name & mobile number for billing & donot know whose number is captured for my order.

When they know coupons are not working, they should keep a board at billing counter.

This act donot require management involvement. Responsibility and proactiveness of staff will...

What a scam they are doing..looting people by saying combos. I ordered 2 items which they are available on combo but they billed me seperately though I do not want to drink caffeine contained drinks. They only take your order for combo by forcing you to take caffinated drinks. Otherwise you have to pay separately which will exceed the same items price beyond the combo price...what a business... sacrifice your health guys here...
