Angeethi restaurant — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

We went to Angeethi Restaurant, Vaishali Nagar (Jaipur) for lunch during Navratri and had their Navratri Special Thali. It was truly delicious and beautifully presented.

The thali included crispy “kuttu” pooris, rich and creamy paneer makhani, homestyle aloo–tamatar ki sabzi, soft samak rice u Pulao and a delightful sabudana kheer. All the items were perfectly cooked with balanced spices, making it a satisfying yet light vrat-friendly meal.

The ambience was clean and pleasant, the staff was courteous, and the service was quick. Portion sizes were generous and the price felt absolutely worth it.

I visited the restaurant today and ordered the Paneer Lababdaar and daal makhani. the portion size was quite small, especially for the price of Rs. 380 for small portion . Considering the city standards, the pricing doesn’t feel justified for the quantity served.

Additionally, I was surprised when I asked for a second serving of green chutney and was told it would be chargeable.
