Cafe Orleans — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

The view is beautful, and the inside looks aesthetic but that's it. The coffee tasted horrible, they invented their own italian filter which was just french press and some milk. The coffee had no flavour, probably due to them putting very little grind but too much water. They don't even have knowledge about basic ratio.

The AC on our side was not even on, I could tell them about it but I noticed the heat pretty late when I was about to leave and it's not like it's other people's job to tell them to turn on the AC cuz of heat and there are no fans so AC is must.

Coming to payments, some of these cafes put their name and offers on dineout but their staff don't even know about it's existence. This is probably most common thing I have noticed in all the cafes where I had bad experience, owner list the cafe on dineout but staff don't even know about it's existence and their bank wasn't even accepting direct upi transfer, had to first add amount in wallet then transfer.

I absolutely love how this 1939 heritage property has been transformed into a hotel with multiple restaurants and a café. From the moment you step in, you’re immersed in the rich Jaipur heritage. The cafe is really aesthetic and the food was good too. We decided to click photos before we leave but the hotel staff was too rude to let us click photos. If it isn't allowed they could have politely declined put they spoke in a very rude manner.

The reason why we go to heritage properties is for their hospitality which is true Rajasthani culture. You can have a good cup of coffee anywhere but the whole purpose is to experience the warmth and gesture.
