SATVA — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

We went to Satva restaurant at Grand Uniara Hotel. We have been to this restaurant earlier also but have noticed the consistently falling in service standards over the period of time.

The extremely poor service by the waiter named "Ajay" and his rudeness just took this hotel and restaurant off my recommendation list. The indifferent attitude of the owners further justifies avoiding this hotel.

We had booked a table for 6 people and waiter Ajay gave us a table near another family. When we asked him to give us another table since the entire restaurant was empty, the waiter and manager flatly refused with the waiter going to say that we ctan take the table he was giving or we could leave.

The appalling attitude just explained why so many people were avoiding this hotel of late. Even the manager didn't budge saying that the entire restaurant was booked. By the time we had finished dinner, no other customer came which showed both the manager and waiter lied.

Even the service was lacking. We had to ask the waiters to serve the food or to even get the cutlery.

Must avoid this restaurant at all costs now. Only the food is good, everything...

Had the most pathetic experience with Satva. I booked a buffet dinner for my family for Father's day using nearbuy deal. This was a surprise since I was in Bangalore and wanted my parents and brother to have a good time. First they refused to accept the coupon.. they took 30mins to finally accept. Post this they did not have any buffet and asked them to select options from the menu. That was not all, they limited the menu to selective options. This is THE WORST EXPERIENCE and this completing ruined my family's Father's day dinner. The staff was impolite especially Mr. Neerav. He was rude and was treating them as if they were demanding free food. Not the kind of experience you would espect from the hotel of their status. Thank you for ruining the day for my family.
