De Blue Door, located in C-Scheme, Jaipur, is a pure vegetarian gem and an absolute delight to visit. The cosy, blue-themed interiors create a warm and inviting vibe that makes you want to sit back and relax. What truly made our experience special was the personal attention from the owner, Vinayak Sharma ji, who not only attended us himself but also ensured every dish served was perfect. His polite and warm nature made us feel right at home.

We tried a variety of dishes including Italian Sizzler, Grilled Paneer Sizzler, Chinese Bhel, Cheese Cigar Rolls, Dal Makhani, Stuffed Aloo, and Paneer Kulcha. Each preparation was spot on—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. We also requested a few Jain options, and they were prepared with great care without compromising on taste.

Cute little cafe with a really good aesthetic. Ordered a nutty brownie waffle, pull apart garlic bread nd a blueberry yoghurt. All of them were super delicious with an innovative twist and we gobbled them up in 10 mins. Everything was made fresh. The waffle was different from the conventional ones (and one of the best I had tbh) having a chocolate base with a layer of brownie. The cherry on the cake was the scoop of chocolate ice cream with a chocolate sauce drizzle nd nuts. One bite was a mouthful of chocolate bliss. The garlic bread was very cheesy, nd... PULLY with mayo to complement it. The yogurt was also no different in the level of quality. It was prepared while mixing with liquid nitrogen which was a good show. The blueberry bits acted as bursts of flavour in each bite. We also talked to the young lad who was a co founder of the franchise.
