Food taste was just about average with quite small portion size.. Honey chilli potato was quite spicy - not suitable for kids Sizzler - patty tasted pathetic and sauce was too tangy for a sizzler Pizza base was too hard.. it was not like the thin crust you expect (i.e. fresh oven baked base)

Service - even though the place was half empty.. they waiters were least interested in monitoring the occupied tables.. even for water, one has to keep calling and reminding them... Insufficient cutlery at table and for that too waiter was not attentive and required reminders... Eventually had to get up and get few spoons ourselves from the vacant table next to us..

Chef / Manager - if you need to speak with them then you need to go to counter as they had so much arrogance ot superiority complex that they would not go to guest table... Simple request like replacing rice with noodles in sizzler or heat up croissant or cut a roll in 3 instead of regular 2 portions was just plainly refused... For replacing rice with noodles, excuse given was cost increases and we were prompt to ask, ok charge extra whatever you feel appropriate and the response from manager was let me check with chef and then a refusal followed...

Toilets were stinking and seems like there was no regular cleaning staff...

Advance ordering system using app, but if you need some clarification on any dish then you need to wait for long as waiter will come when they wish to..or else you stand up and walk to them...

When requested to remove service charge, they cut that off but do not reduce GST amounts so service charge is removed but you still pay extra tax which goes in restaurants pocket.. for individual guest this may be small amount but overall it will be substantial... This is like cheating customers...

All in all, average food was complimented by most pathetic service and hygiene (toilet)...

Would not recommend this place to anyone because looking at the size of the place and prices, you would expect...

I used to work in Jaipur in the year 2021 and this place used to be my go-to place. I fell in love with their ambiance as soon as I stepped into their place for the very first time. They have a beautiful outdoor place too, but I have always preferred sitting inside. Their menu serves the best aglio olio pasta I have ever had in my entire life! And I ain't kidding when I say that. I know food! I cook food and I know incredible chefs who make food. Their spaghetti pasta with black olives, sundried tomatoes, olive oil, black pepper, and salt for taste has always been my comfort food. And even today when I go to Jaipur, I have to go to this cafe just to gobble up their aglio olio pasta, twice! I have had their bourbon shake and their Chinese chicken sizzlers, and they were the bomb! I don't usually eat sizzlers, but this one was tremendously delicious! I had it with Tabasco sauce and loved it even more! They have a very beautiful ambiance. However, they have no electrical sockets to charge which was disappointing because that is highly required for workstations, for people who work remotely. That's the only thing I would want them to take care of. Rest, everything else about this place...

Thank god Google don't have -ve stars otherwise the services provided by you guys deserve that. We went to this place to have a birthday dinner with family and ordered soup, than starter and main course. When the service person got the main course just after placing it on the table he told us that if we want anything we have to let him know right away as their kitchen will be closed . We told him at least give us 5 min we have not even started main course how can we order like this . Still we approximately calculated and told him to bring some more food and he took the order and now comes the great part he came to us and said i can't give you more curry you can have just breads. Are you guys in your sense are we going to eat breads without anything? or you want us to swallow them with water. We were sitting there from last 40 minutes was it not your responsibility to inform us before hand that you will close your kitchen at 10;30 . Or is your chef just ran away at 10:30 that you can't even take out 5 minutes to give your customers order they want?. Thanks for spoiling the good time we were having and than being so arrogant . Worst service not at all acceptable...
