Okay, what on earth is wrong with your employees? I went to dine in yesterday, ordered my double cheese margherita, paid for it, ate it and said nothing even though it was horrible. The quality of Domino's has degraded so much, it's unfathomable really, because you sure are charging a fortune. After I finished my pizza, an employee walked up to me and asked how the pizza was. I said it was nice because I didn't want to have the uncomfortable conversation. She then persistently asked me to give them a rating of 10/10. I said, I'll do it later. She really wanted that rating and kept insisting. I walked out a few minutes later.
I was in a hospital with a near dead phone when this woman called me again at 7 pm almost emotionally manipulating me for the damn rating, even though I had told her I was in a hospital waiting room. I put in a rating this morning which did not meet her expectations, so she called again and said in an angry, almost screaming tone "If you didn't like your food, you could've just told us yesterday". And did what? Have the uncomfortable conversation? THAT'S WHAT I WAS TRYING TO AVOID. ALL THIS WHILE. I hung up on her because that's not what I signed up for. You have no right to make people uncomfortable like this. This is too much Domino's. What is wrong with you people? If you want a good rating, serve actual good food and direct your employees to be civil. Not call up customers and harass them for a good rating. That's not the way to get it anyway. Read moreI ordered a pizza yesterday from Domino's app and it was late...I didn't receive the pizza in 30 minutes.
I am extremely unsatisfied with the the after sales service by Domino's.
Their executive s are not even sure/aware of the terms and conditions.
I contacted customer support and was assured that since my order value was less than 300/- I'll get the complete refund but when I received a call from the executive to ask about the complain they said that only a refund of 50/- will be given whereas even the terms and conditions state that if it's less than 300/- it's free. According to the executive if I would have paid cash it would have been free but since it was prepaid only 50/- will be refunded. Seems like I made a mistake by paying in advance.
If I am to be asked you should take training from online food ordering apps like swiggy.
I hope to get a full refund and I prefer never to order from Domino's ever again.

Service Quality: Poor The service was abysmal. Despite waiting for half an hour, my table remained unclean. I repeatedly requested assistance, but to no avail. It’s disappointing when basic hygiene is overlooked.
Unclean Environment: Unacceptable The place was a mess. Empty pizza boxes cluttered every table, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. Dining in such conditions was unpleasant.
Wrong Pizza Served: Inexcusable After enduring the wait, they served me the wrong pizza. Another 15 minutes passed before they corrected the order. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
