So if you are going here specifically for non-veg dishes( chicken and other meat )it is a fine place to go, with all the varieties of chicken and meat dishes. There was no section for sweet dishes or for sea food in the menu so when I asked if I could get anything sweet they told me that they can arrange gulab jamun available only. The service was no doubt good At least the warm welcome they give when entering the place . One thing that happened was they first gave us another table's bill and we had to call them and ask them to recheck but that was fine this could happen sometimes. About vegetarian food I won't recommend it if you are not there for non-veg because there are not so many options for vegetarian food available here . I went there with my friends they ordered chicken but for some reasons on that day I couldn't have non-veg and I had already had my lunch before so I wanted something light so I ordered Honey chill potatoes for 260Rs and I'm telling u from having tried various places that you can get wayy better tast than that for 265Rs ,I was totally disappointed by the taste of it . But seeing my friends satisfied with the drumsticks they ordered,i guess that they specialise in non-veg and are not that good with such side dishes... One more thing that I would like to add is that it is very good that they use bronze (kansa) utensils but one would expect them to be more clean .i mean the glasses which were kept upside down on the tables were not clean .We noticed only after pouring mineral water into them and couldn't drink from them. It was all over a nice experience due to the nice atmosphere and as I was with my...
Read moreHad a pathetic experience with them. Today on 20/8/23. I went for having lunch. I ordered all my regular non veg stuff and Daal makhni to accompany the non veg. After my starters were served the waiter came and said that the restaurant had run out of Daal Makhni and in a forceful manner asked me to order something else. I called the manager and to my suprize he said to me that all the daal makhni had gone bad and showed me a pic. I was like come on a how can this be happening with a fine dining restaurant? But this is the hard reality. ULTIMATELY I WAS UNWILLING FORCED TO ODER SOMETHING AGAINST MY WISH AS ALL THIS HAPPENED IN BETWEEN MY MEAL. Both the mangers were so arrogant and did not bother to assist any further. All this was so ugly that it's beyond explanation, also I asked for guest feedback book which they said was not available.
All in all it was a pathetic experience and the worst part is that even after paying so much you can't even eat of your choice. I would suggest to avoid such restuarants who spoil your...
Read moreI recently visited this restaurant near Hawa Mahal and tried their Daal Baati Churma Set, Mutton Laal Maas Curry, and Naan. The quality of the food was exceptional, and I particularly enjoyed the Mutton Laal Maas and Naan, which were perfectly prepared. However, as it was my first time trying Daal Baati Churma, I found it less appealing—possibly a matter of personal taste.
The restaurant itself has a lively atmosphere, being situated on a busy roadside, which adds charm but also makes it quite crowded. One drawback, however, was the availability of facilities. For such a bustling establishment, having only one washroom was surprising and inconvenient. I had to wait around 10–15 minutes, which could be an issue for others too.
Despite this minor inconvenience, I had an overall positive experience and would recommend the restaurant for its excellent food and vibrant location. Addressing the washroom situation would make it...
