well I would regard it as an unwelcoming experience. I had guests coming from a different city. Right from the very beginning the moment we entered the place. No attendants and then we saw these people( I believe they were the managers). They were standing right in front of us no other people to attend and still not making any eye contact or taking our queries or even greetings the guest. I had to ask multiple times, we had a reservation already but they were mingled in their own stuff. Not attending any of us. We went up to see the rooftop sitting again with two managers. There was this woman I said Hi to ask for a table and again with a blank face,she didn't attend. The other guys, I believe he was eating some pan masala, he attended us though but was highly unprofessional such a casual behaviour of the staff. It was an embarrassing time for me in front of my guest. All and all yes the food is amazing I would say no doubt the rating is all about the food and the place is well built as well. But with such unpleasant behaviour of the staff, I don't know how people can digest, Surely I can say one thing if things persisted like that then no quality people would like to visit such places. And we have to adhere to the thought that it's the hospitality industry and if we can't take care of what that word stands for. She spoke in a very rude manner and while fixing the menu for a party of 10 members, she told me that she would have to have a card and started laughing and started explaining me the rules and regulations of the club.They handled me in a very dirty way. As a client, I was very excited for my sister's birthday celebration but they even asked me to know the meaning of your ala card. Do you know the organization of the parties?
