Β Β Β Read moreIt's not remotely authentic - save your money! Quite a bit of it is not recognisably European food, let alone Italian. It's a tiny bit insulting that Indian people think that this sort of food is what we eat. The flavour profile is really really not Italian or European at all, and the food quality here was dismal.
It's the sort of food and quality you only find in cheap grubby kebab/chicken shops in Europe, where drunk people eat cheaply after a night out. It's cheaper there, too...!
Good: bruscetta
Bad: Salad was drenched in oil. Unnecessary and unhealthy. Lost the flavour of the vegetables. There was at least double the oil you need to dress a salad.
Arancini was not recognisable as European at all. Chilli does not belong in arancini. Chilli barely features in Italian cuisine at all. The filling had too much cheese, and it was fake processed cheese. Texture was just way off. Couldn't eat it. Was just gross.
Pizza is clearly made from frozen dough. It isn't properly stretched or fresh. India is a country of bread makers. Why is the dough such poor quality?!?! There was no tomato and way, way, way too much strong cheese (I think cheddar, which does not ever belong on a pizza). Spinach wasn't fresh, as a topping. Again, we couldn't finish it. It was just cheese on bad bread - so unhealthy, so heavy and so oily. I actually had to use a tissue to dab off the oil.
Chocolate bombe just tastes of sugar. The cocoa content is really low. It's just fake tasting. To call the ice cream gelato is insulting to Italians. It's poor quality and a totally fake...
