Right from the start, we were appalled by the lack of basic hygiene practices at this outlet. Our orders were prepared without the use of gloves, raising serious concerns about food safety and cleanliness. This negligence is unacceptable, especially considering Subway's global reputation. Our order experience further deteriorated as our Bombay Grill sandwich was filled solely with pesto sauce. Upon inquiry, we were shocked to learn that this error was attributed to a sauce bottle explosion, which is an unacceptable excuse for such a fundamental mistake. The outlet's failure to uphold basic quality control standards reflects poorly on its management. The overall hygiene of the outlet was appalling, with cleanliness standards falling well below acceptable levels. Our attempts to address these issues with the staff were met with indifference and reluctance to rectify the situation. Despite voicing our concerns through the Subway website, we received no meaningful response or resolution. This blatant disregard for customer feedback is disappointing and reflects poorly on Subway's commitment to customer satisfaction. To add insult to injury, our request for the sandwich to be prepared in Multi-grain Honey Oat bread, as clearly indicated on the bill, was outright denied. They take cash in advance and bill you and then tell you later that some of the ordered items are not available... At all subways, you first get your order ready and then pay.
Aloo patty is heated separately and added while sub with cheese is grilled separately (at all other subways).. Here, the counter guy puts the patty and cheese together and grills it and makes it soggy
Toasties - they are hesitant in grilling that properly too... Its almost like non grilled from bottom
Veggies - so much hesitation in adding anything on request...

We ordered from a nearby restaurant which should take upto 20-25 mins to reach us but our order was delayed by 45-50 mins. After which we received a message from our delivery partner saying he has not received the order yet. We then called the restaurant to ask about the delay they said there are too many customers but delivery guy said the restaurant was empty at his visit. The restaurant staff even misbehaved and abused the delivery person and made him wait for 30 mins. This is really sad behaviour from a hospitality staff. I would not recommend anyone going to this outlet in Jaipur, C-scheme. Attached a picture of how slow people were working in this outlet.
