Pathetic service. They think that the guest are beggars. I have ordered a repeat pint of beer in the chilled glass. By telling the captain he served me in the same glass. After that the manager came to my table and insulted me that I am lying. He told me that the captain served me in the chilled glass before investing the situation. It was really a big insult in front of my colleagues. I am from the same hospitality industry but never had such incident with me. They think that they are serving free to the guest. As long as I know and am following the same rules that customer is king. But malt daddy service people thinks that guest are beggars. Very rude behaviour and very pathetic event. No courtesy to deal with the guest. I have roamed around the world but very much bad experience in my lifetime. They still charged for the beer which I not had. Such restaurant and bar should been charged by the consumer and food department. Very pathetic. Overall the manager is telling my colleagues with whom they have came. The manager don't know how to talk with the guest. Very low standards. Such people should be kicked off those who don't know how to deal with the guest. 0 value for guest. I wish the manager revert me with the CCTV footage of that the captain served me in the chilled glass on my table as he was arguing with me about the CCTV footage.
