Shree Prajeet Chat Bhandar — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Recently on my trip to Jaipur we visited this place for some snacks. The place looked crowded which caught my attention. After having a word with the owner, I understood the reason why people had flocked over there and it was because of their delicious Chaats.

The crowd favorites were Aloo Tikki Chaat & Dahi Wada. We ordered the same and were blown away with the quality and taste of the dishes.

Aloo Tikki Chaat ❤️🔥: A very simple preparation, just a crispy tikki along with chola & 2 chutneys. What I loved the most about this dish is how each ingredient complemented the other one & the result was delicious! We were hooked and finished the whole thing in no time.

Dahi Wada ❤️🔥: This was stunning! Spongy Wada with thick dahi along with some spices which took the dish to the next level. I enjoyed this one more than the tikki & couldn't stop eating it. Just ask them to prepare the dish with some cold dahi because that was the BOMB!

Pani puri 👎: There are 2 types of Pani puri available over here. The round one and the suji puris. Before ordering we weren't informed about this options and we received the Suji Puris which were not good even the pani puri filling were okay. Skip the pani puri and go for something else instead.

We ended up visiting the next day as well and were extremely happy to even skip dinner for this.

Bonus:

I recommend visiting this place at night around 8 PM for the best experience because most of the locals visit then not evening which means the dishes are...

Situated on Baba Harishchandra Marg in Chandpole Bazaar. You'll spot the shop...Once you enter the street. Hardly 100 meters away from crossing.

Timing - 12:30pm - 10:30pm

Food - We tried- Pani Pataasi - Sooji based and very very chatpati pataasi. Aloo Tikki Chaat - Must try. 👌🏼A little bit on the sweeter side because of the chutney quantity. Dahi Bada - Nice one.👍🏻 Dahi Papadi Chat - Naah. I did not like it.

Staff & Service -

Staff is mix. Some will respond quickly and politely others will not. 👍🏻 Service is Delayed. You'll have to keep standing in front of the counter to get your order or you'll be keep reminding them your order.👎🏼👎🏼 They must follow FCFS...

Saw the guy came from outside tidy his pants zip, wipe hands on his back, change places on panipuri counter with existing guy, dip his entire hand with fingers in panipuri water while stirring it, and begins making golgappas.
