I visited your restaurant mainly for the Mandi, which was good. However, when I ordered the mutton nahari, it felt quite basic and lacked the distinct flavor that a proper nahari should have. Coming to the service, I was surprised to see that there’s no option for regular drinking water. This is something very basic that should be provided to customers. When I asked one of your staff members, I was told that regular water isn’t drinkable and only bottled water is available. That left me wondering—what do your staff members consume throughout their shift? Do they really carry water from home? Also, I noticed you don’t serve soft drink bottles directly. Instead, you charge ₹50 for a glass of soft drink that’s simply poured from a bottle that can be given to the customerdirectly. This doesn’t feel fair, especially since it’s not even a mocktail or a prepared beverage.

Worst ever experience of in dining. What they claim is totally false , they don't even know about the taste worst taste , half cooked , tasteless mandi 👎👎 . I don't suggest anyone to dine here , whosoever has a taste of non veg . Plates was not clean . Getting fed up after all of this I ordered a gulab jamun with ice cream 👎 , It was the worst gulab jamun I had eaten . Jamun was so hard that it can't be cut even withe spoon and the quality of ice cream very local whole ice cream was having taste of garlic I don't know where they stored . And last but not the least all of the food was not at all worth it unnecessarily experience . Using the water filled handwash . Overpriced Disappointed Missed expectations Poor value .

The Broaster Restaurant in Jaipur is one of those hidden gems that every food lover should experience at least once. Nestled in the heart of the city, this place beautifully combines a vibrant ambiance with mouthwatering dishes that leave you craving more. As soon as you step inside, the warm décor and welcoming staff create a comfortable environment, making it an ideal spot for family dinners, friendly hangouts, or casual dates.

What sets The Broaster apart is its unique take on fusion food. Their menu is packed with innovative flavors, blending Indian spices with global recipes in a way that feels exciting yet comforting. The Broaster fried chicken is undoubtedly the star of the show – crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Unlike typical fried chicken, theirs carries a distinct flavor profile that reflects both creativity and skill. Another must-try is their butter chicken wings, which take a classic Indian favorite and give it a delicious twist.

For those who enjoy variety, the restaurant offers everything from hearty burgers to cheesy nachos and refreshing mocktails. Vegetarians won’t feel left out either, with plenty of thoughtfully crafted options like paneer tikka sandwiches, spicy fries, and loaded pizzas. Each dish is prepared with attention to detail and served in generous portions, making it good value for money.

The service at The Broaster Restaurant deserves special mention. The staff is attentive, quick, and always ready with recommendations, ensuring that guests feel well taken care of. The lively atmosphere, combined with upbeat music and creative plating, adds to the overall dining experience.

Whether you are a Jaipur local or a traveler exploring the Pink City, The Broaster is the perfect place to indulge in flavorful food with a modern twist. It’s not just a restaurant, but a destination where taste meets creativity, making every...

Terrible Experience – Unhygienic and Unprofessional

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The restaurant was unclean, unhygienic, and the staff (including the owner/manager) were extremely rude and mannerless.

I had ordered simple, basic food, but the lack of cleanliness, poor taste, and overall unhygienic food preparation made me leave the food untouched and walk out immediately. It was that bad.

To make matters worse, despite explaining the situation, the management still forced me to pay for food I couldn't even eat.

I strongly advise against visiting this place. If anyone has contact details for the local food safety or health department, please report this restaurant. A surprise inspection might reveal enough to warrant serious action, possibly...
