I visited your restaurant mainly for the Mandi, which was good. However, when I ordered the mutton nahari, it felt quite basic and lacked the distinct flavor that a proper nahari should have.

Coming to the service, I was surprised to see that there’s no option for regular drinking water. This is something very basic that should be provided to customers. When I asked one of your staff members, I was told that regular water isn’t drinkable and only bottled water is available. That left me wondering—what do your staff members consume throughout their shift? Do they really carry water from home?

Terrible Experience – Unhygienic and Unprofessional

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The restaurant was unclean, unhygienic, and the staff (including the owner/manager) were extremely rude and mannerless.

I had ordered simple, basic food, but the lack of cleanliness, poor taste, and overall unhygienic food preparation made me leave the food untouched and walk out immediately. It was that bad.

To make matters worse, despite explaining the situation, the management still forced me to pay for food I couldn't even eat.
