I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your restaurant. Despite being promised a delivery time of 15-20 minutes, I had to wait for over 45 minutes to receive my order. This delay significantly impacted my dining experience and was quite frustrating.

Furthermore, the quality of the food I received was below expectations. The crispy chicken lollipop and wings were excessively oily and lacked flavor. It was evident that the food was not prepared to your usual standards.

To add to the frustration, there was inadequate lighting in the food court, which made it difficult to enjoy my meal comfortably. Dining in near darkness was not the experience I expected when visiting your establishment.

I had placed an order on Swiggy from Albaik, City Mall, Srinagar, which included a Zinger burger meal. However, they completely scammed me. The meal was supposed to include a 400 ml Coke, French fries, 2 wings, and a Zinger burger. But the food they sent was awful. The French fries and wings seemed two days old, and everything was cold, including the Zinger burger. They even sent only 300 ml of Pepsi instead of 400 ml. On top of that, they didn’t send any napkins or sauce with the meal nothing at all. This is outright fraud. There’s no contact number or way to reach them.
