Had a ultimate experience with Domino's. The only thing you need to be cautious is payment. Either go for card or with Google payment. Why I'm mentioning the payment option is because the person who was taking order rounded off the amount to nearest 100. Actually the amount was 769 however attendant said 800. So I paid 800 and asked for a receipt for which the attendant said that you will get the receipt with a pizza. And then I paid 800. But when I got a pizza and a receipt then i found the actual amount is 769. Boss Rs31 hardly matters for anyone but the attendant should have mentioned actual amount. Now leaving the balance amount is with the buyer prerogative. So go for Digital payment. Best, comfortable, simple and easy to track payment at the later stage.

Reducing 2 stars overall as the service at this outlet has degraded a lot since the last time I visited this place. No water in the wash basin and nobody to look into it. Cleanliness gets 3 out of 10. ACs weren’t working properly but anyway it was very hot. Cashier has very little skills on how to deal with customer and was not very attentive. While I received my order there were at least 3 more people in line who were already shouting for their delayed orders. Moreover cashier is rounding the bills upwards irrespective if the change that gets calculated in your bill, thus adding to the already controversial change amount in the bills. Hi everyone, please stop ordering dominos. They are cheating you in the name of pizza’s and cheese burst. Just think of it like this - they are expensive and plus the quality is mediocre/low. We have so many better pizza places all over in Jammu. For example try country barn. The price is same but the preparation is amazing.
