The Dragon Chicken, a fiery dance of flavors, captivated my palate with its bold combination of spices and tender chicken. The dish struck a perfect balance between heat and savory goodness, offering a culinary adventure that left me craving for more. The presentation was as impressive as the taste, reflecting the attention to detail that defines Fat Panda's culinary philosophy.

Read moreWhenever I crave a cozy, perfect meal, I end up here. Last night, again, I went to Fat Panda after a long long walk around the Jhelum bund. I wanted to feel the cold on my face before I could enjoy the warm hospitality of the staff at Fat Panda. When I reached, with a red nose and frozen hands, we were greeted by Mr Suhail, a professional any restaurant would be lucky to have. He always makes us feel comfortable, and anticipates your needs in perfect time. He is truly an asset to this place.
We got comfortable and ordered our food - spicy dumplings, chilli chicken wings, and garlic chilli noodles. Needless to say, we were very satisfied with all the food, and the service. Later, I enquired the name of the chef (Mr Waseem) and thanked him in person for making our evening special. The food, everything we ordered, was of excellent quality and it was a lovely experience shaking hands with the man who cooked our food with so much skill and love. May he continue to enjoy his craft, and may he prosper.
P.S: Sorry there is no picture; we were too...
Read moreI recently visited this place with my friends, and we had a mixed bag of experiences, with some dishes being excellent and others being less impressive.
We started with the Manchow soup, which was the best among all things we tried. It was perfectly spiced and flavorful, and the crispy noodles added a delightful crunch to the soup
Next, we tried the Chicken Chilli Wings, which were also quite good. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the chilli sauce was tangy and flavorful.
However, we were not as impressed with the Spicy Sichuan Rice. It was a bit too soft for our liking. The grains were mushy and it was not to our liking. I would have preferred the rice to be cooked to a slightly firmer texture.
Overall, we liked the service and food at Fat Panda. The staff was friendly and attentive. While the prices are higher than at some other restaurants, I felt that the quality of the food and service...
