I hope this message finds you well. My family and I recently visited your establishment for dinner on 27 September, 9PM, and I regret to inform you that our experience was far from satisfactory.

Upon arriving, we had high hopes for a delightful dining experience, given the reputation of your restaurant. However, our expectations were not met. The primary issue we encountered was the poor quality of the food. The dishes we ordered were excessively spicy and, in some cases, nearly inedible due to the overwhelming amount of chili used. This was particularly disappointing as we were expecting authentic, delicious, and well-prepared vegetarian cuisine.

Furthermore, when we decided to raise our concerns with the manager, Mr. Harish Rajput, his response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of addressing our concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner, he insulted us and suggested that we were not welcome to dine at your establishment in the future. Such behavior from a member of your staff left us deeply disappointed and offended.

We believe that constructive feedback is essential for any business to improve its services. We understand that there can be occasional lapses in the kitchen, but it is how these issues are handled that truly reflects the quality of a restaurant. In our case, the experience was marred not only by the food but also by the rude and dismissive attitude of your manager.

As patrons who had heard positive things about your restaurant, we genuinely hope that you take our feedback seriously and consider it as an opportunity for growth and improvement. We would appreciate it if you could take appropriate measures to rectify the issues we faced during our visit, both in terms of food quality and customer service.
