KFC — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

I had a very bad experience today at the Boulevard Road KFC. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. No one was willing to take the order properly — they kept passing me from one person to another, saying “tell him” or “tell the other guy.” It was frustrating and disrespectful.

The worst part? The person who finally came to take my order was more interested in his phone than actually doing his job. He was busy checking his mobile and playing with it while I was trying to explain my order. I had to repeat myself multiple times before he even bothered to listen. It felt like I was begging for free food instead of being a paying customer.

At first, I thought maybe this rude behavior was just directed at me — so I waited and observed. To my shock, they treated other customers the same way. No courtesy, no explanation of ongoing offers, nothing. Just the same careless, dismissive attitude.

I’ve been to many places in Kashmir where people are polite and respectful, but this experience was the complete opposite. I’m extremely disappointed and angry. I'm very disappointed—this is my second bad experience with KFC. We ordered three burgers, and all of them had raw chicken. On complaining to staff they said its cooked. Have u seen cooked chicken in Pick color The meat had a pink color instead of the expected white, making it inedible for our children.

Additionally, the basket of leg pieces seemed poorly prepared. Most of the five pieces had an unpleasant black texture inside, with only the strips appearing to be well-cooked.

I'm not sure what's going on with KFC lately, but it seems like either the staff is not properly trained or the equipment isn't functioning correctly.

They on purpose asked us to take particular burgers as the once which we wanted they said are not available, if its not available then why they show on display.

Municipality/Food and safety should take action against KFC as they have lot of bad reviews/ complaints.

And now idiots from MT will come back with apologies, fix issues i don’t need...

I recently visited the KFC outlet on foreshore road dalgate, and I must say, it was a major letdown. The food quality was far below what I expected from a well-known chain. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and lacked flavor. It seemed like it had been sitting around for too long, and the breading was soggy rather than crispy.
